  I highly recommend them for any roofing work. This kind of professionalism is hard to find. I was stressed when a new leak showed up on my dining room ceiling during a heavy rain in Palo Alto, and they responded fast.   I had a really positive experience with this roofing company. Out of the five roofers I contacted for a reroof estimate, they stood out as one of the best. Jaden, the team member who came to give me an estimate, was very straightforward and explained the entire reroofing process clearly, without putting any pressure on me to make a decision. He measured my roof carefully and gave me a detailed, honest estimate right away. I did quite a bit of research before reaching out to roofers, and what set this company apart was the helpfulness of their staff and the quality of their website. Whenever I called, someone answered the phone promptly and was ready to help, which made the whole process smooth. I chose this roofing company for a few reasons: First, Jaden seemed trustworthy and upfront about the pricing and steps involved. He wasn’t pushy at all. Second, their estimate was the most affordable of all the quotes I received—significantly lower than the others. I was even curious why the price was so good, so Jaden came back to double-check everything and confirmed the estimate. Third, I have gutters on my house, and they offered to remove and reinstall them as part of the job, while other companies told me I’d need to hire a separate gutter company for that.
