Terrific roofing service! They installed a beautiful new roof that really improved the look of my home. The crew was fast, efficient, and did solid work from start to finish. Avery was very patient with all of my questions and helped with every part of the process. Avery also took time to carefully check a small roofing issue I had and made everything easy to handle. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement, roofing repairs, or gutter work. They offer a workmanship guarantee that is longer than what many roofing contractors provide, which gave me extra peace of mind. The new roof looks great, and the whole team was honest, professional, and easy to work with. Their pricing was fair too, with reasonable costs for impact-resistant roofing materials and gutter covers, and no pressure during the estimate.

Redwood Roofing Pro sent Earl out to inspect my roof and give me an estimate. I showed him from my kitchen where I had a leak in the ceiling. After the estimate, there was more rain, and I noticed the leak stopped. Later I found out he had …

After strong summer storms, we needed to replace our damaged 3-tab shingle roof. Harrison handled the whole roofing project from start to finish in a very professional way. He managed the inspection, insurance process, permits, roofing crew, and final inspection smoothly and kept everything on track. The roofers did an excellent job, finished the reroof in less than two days, and left the property very clean. The new shingle roof looks great and we are very happy with the results.

we noticed a small roof leak showing up in our laundry room, but we could not tell where the water was getting in. we called for roofing help, and earl came out to inspect it. he found the problem right away. it turned out to be a small nail hole, but it had been leaking long enough to cause some wood rot under the roofing area. he replaced the damaged wood, repaired the leak, and sealed everything up for much less than we expected. after strong wind and rain, other roofers told us we needed a full roof replacement, but that did not seem necessary. we wanted an honest repair instead of being pushed into a new roof. earl was polite, fair, and easy to work with. he explained the roofing issue in simple terms, fixed the damaged section, and helped us feel confident that the roof was solid again.

Redwood Roofing Pro was very responsive with the estimate and throughout the roofing quote process. The pricing was fair, although what mattered most to me was getting skilled roofers who could plan around the wet spring weather in Redwood …

Avery and the crew did a great job on our roofing project. They re-roofed our home, replaced the gutters, added gutter guards, and painted the exterior, and everything turned out excellent. From start to finish, the team worked with real care and treated the house like it was their own. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and steady communication made the whole process easy and stress free. The new roof looks sharp, the gutters work well, and the gutter covers were installed neatly. The exterior paint also gave the home a fresh, clean look that really stands out. We have received many compliments from neighbors on the finished work, especially on the roof and overall curb appeal. If you need roofing work, gutter installation, or other exterior home improvements, I highly recommend Avery and the team.

My husband and I first spoke with another roofer that seemed ready to overcharge us because we did not have much time to compare roofing companies. Thankfully, we asked our realtor in Redwood City for a recommendation and ended up calling Redwood Roofing Pro. Earl was very helpful and kept communication clear from start to finish. Avery, our roof inspector, responded quickly, listened to all our concerns about the leak, explained the repair process in simple terms, and gave us a much better quote than we expected. On the repair day, John and the crew did an excellent job. They worked fast, were very friendly, and handled the roof leak repair with real skill and care. At the end, they showed me photos of the work in progress and the completed roofing repair, which gave us a lot of confidence in the quality of the job.

I went through a home warranty for a roof leak repair, and there was some confusion with the scheduling because the warranty company did not pass along the details to the roofing contractor. As soon as the owner learned about the issue, he reached out to me right away and clearly explained what happened. He was very professional on the phone, took the time to answer my questions, and was ready to help get the roofing issue handled quickly. We also talked about setting up a visit to replace some roof screws and check the affected area to make sure everything was sealed properly. I appreciated how responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable he was about roof repair and maintenance. It was clear he cared about fixing the problem the right way and providing good customer service. I look forward to working with him and would highly recommend this roofing company to anyone needing reliable roof leak service.

Doing business with Redwood Roofing Pro was a real pleasure from start to finish. I met with Earl and John after a trusted neighbor referred me, and I could tell right away my roof was in good hands. Earl met with my insurance adjusters, carefully inspected the roof damage, and his findings matched what they saw after their own full inspection. Throughout the roofing job, Earl and John stayed in touch with me, explained each step clearly, and kept me updated the whole way. They installed a beautiful metal roof on my home, and the workmanship looks excellent. They also went above and beyond by helping coordinate qualified subcontractors to remove and reinstall my solar panels safely. After the panels were put back, Earl even had them return to clean off the dust that had collected during the roofing work. The whole team handled the project with honesty, integrity, and great communication. They met my expectations and then exceeded them, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing reliable roofing service.
