  We had an excellent experience with John Dillard from start to finish. He was professional, honest, personable, and communicated with us every step of the way. He completed the repair quickly, and the quality of his work was great. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and high-quality roofing services!

  We had issues with one of the sun tunnels leaking because of improper installation. This has been resolved. Thank you! Two other sun tunnels I'm confident were installed the same way but so far haven't leaked. According to the "Special Installation" instructions, to have the maximum warranty it calls for 6 nails per shingle. I can't verify this is what we have but assume so. We have had issues with rain coming in through the "Cobra SnowCountry Seal-A-Ridge AS" in one area and were told that it was from the wind blowing rain in through the ridge vent. The roofing crew was very efficient. They showed up on schedule, hit the ground running, and were in and out in two and a half days.

  I have not had to replace a roof in decades. John Dillard, led us through a step by step process that was transparent, honest, and accurate. We ended up with a hail resistant roof that has a warranty that will allow us some peace through the storms that are a part of life in this area. If you have to replace a roof, I would encourage you. Don't put it off and do not fear the process. Give Murray a call and get started.
