  We contracted with White Castle to replace our roof, 4 skylights, and a powered attic vent fan that were damage by a hail storm in May 2016. They did the work in early March 2017. Unfortunately, they replaced one of the skylights with the wrong kind and, there was damage to the ceiling drywall from the installation of the skylights that needed repair. Further, they did not lay down any cover or tarp in the rooms where the skylights were replaced. When I got home, there was significant debris of nails, drywall, shingle pieces, underlayment pieces, wood chips, and dirt on the bed, dresser, behind the dressers, hallway, bathroom, the deck, the driveway, pretty much everywhere. Especially disconcerting was the number of nails that I had to pick up. I thought that they use a magnet roller to recover the nails. If they did this, they obviously did a poor job. I am not exaggerating...there was a lot of debris and I had to spend several hours cleaning up the mess. They agreed to replace the one skylight with the right kind. March and April passed without any action. I had called x 2 to get a date when they would be out. I was given one date in late April and they didn't show up or call. A week later, Matt called to say he was sorry he missed last time but could come out that Saturday to do the work. Again, he was a no-show and no call. I had had enough and called White Castle asking to speak with a supervisor. I was told someone would call me back. Three days later, no call back received. I called again requesting to speak with a supervisor and again, three days later no call back. My wife had stopped at their office to tell them that the job is not finished and she wanted to know when they would be at the house. A few weeks went by and no response from White Castle. I finally went to their office and requested that I speak with a supervisor about his issue. I was escorted and introduced to Mike Hansen, the owner of White Castle. I relayed my story to

  The roofers were great to work with they had cleaned up after themselves which is good. They were fast at what they did. Also I had stayed home and had plywood on hand if they needed which they did use some of it. I had said if it needs it nows the time to replace it as I want a good foundation to build on and have for many years ahead!!!! We shall see this winter and the next rain fall on how well it holds up... Tried the ridge cap for ventilation and hoping we won't have issues with it. But over all experience was good!

  Outstanding communication with everybody from the company from start to finish. Jose, the foreman, was extremely professional and went out of his way to make sure a couple of extra requests were accommodated. All the workers were extremely professional, and the whole crew cleaned up the yard very well. They came very highly recommended from some local contractors and exceeded my expectations.

  I called white castle regarding a leak on my roof. Haily showed up same day and viewed the problem and got a quick solution the very next day. Jared and Haily showed up the very next morning and quickly analyzed and fixed the leak. Jared was very professional and took the time to explain what was done to fix the leak. I would highly recommend White Castle Roofing to friends and family.

  My insurance guy recommended White Castle Roofing In my area to assist me in determining whether or not I had impact resistant shingles on my house or not. I was surprised that they made a contact, dropped by and inspected my roof in a matter of hours.   Jared was at my neighbors yesterday and he kindly took the time to check my roof for hail damage after he finished up with hers. I listened to him explain to her the process and how things would work as she had never had to file a claim on her home before. Thankfully neither of us needed to file a claim but coming from a female point of view where most companies want to take advantage of you, he makes everyone feel comfortable and explains it thoroughly and professionally. Jared is one guy I will always trust He previously assisted my mom and stepdad and was very professional with them as well Grateful for his honesty and professionalism!

  If you are looking for exceptionalism in service, quality materials and workmanship, then you will not be disappointed in White Castle Roofing. I am so impressed with the people from White Castle Roofing! From the Regional Manager who assisted me in the selection of shingles and gutters, the Lead Scheduler who was keeping track of weather conditions during this very unsettled time (she had her eye on 5 radars to keep track of when rain, hail, sleet, or tornado's were forecasted!) and Amy who is in charge of quality control in the gutters from the supplier to the team superintendent, Jose', who was awesome with the crew in shingling my house! I am so happy that I was able to find such people! Thank YOU! NOVEMBER 16th UPDATE: My husband just finished blowing the leaves 🍁 off of our gutters and was so excited to tell me how much easier it was with the gutter guard on our new gutters! He was very impressed with how solidly constructed these guards and gutters were and very very happy that I made the decision to go with the products and workmanship of White Castle Roofing!!!!

  Jared was knowledgeable about the issues our roof was experiencing and able to articulate best plan of repair. He would explain why certain materials are necessary for the different styles of pitch on our roof. He answered any questions we had in great detail. His response time to calls or texts was great. His crew was polite and respectful of our property, time, and us. They cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend their team to fix your roof no matter how big or small the project.
