  For what they did do looks pretty good but they damaged some stuff that I brought to their attention and they said I would have to pay out of pocket to repair if I had them do it bc it wasn't on the contract. They 100 percent were the ones to blame bc I seen them do it. They don't communicate very well and will go elsewhere to get the rest of my house fixed.

  Terrible service. They were late to the job by at least 2 hours and then stood around for 2 hours talking before they started working. Job was sub par and not professional

  Had someone come out to get an estimate on our home they said they would get back to u with the estimate. No one ever got back to us almost 4 weeks later. I guess they don’t want business to bad.

  Do not recommend. People they contracted out to do my siding did a horrible job didn’t finish putting electrical box and other boxes on the house. People they had do the gutters didn’t put the new ones on properly. Left the old drip edge flashing on took some off and didn’t replace it. Didn’t seal between trim and windows.

  I connected with BAC last year (2/22) to repair the awning at my store. Despite asking them back again and again, the awning still leaks as much as before. After 3 attempts from BAC, they stop responding to my emails and calls. When I emailed the owner in 2/23, (Brad Arends) he promised to lix the awning. Despite several emails from myself, I haven't received another communication from him.

  I performed a service for Brad Arends owner of BAC Roofing Inc located at 802 S Locust St, Grand Island, NE 68801, we provided his company with 23 roof appointments for the amount of 1525.00 dollars and he send me a check for 200.00 he told me that his sales guy told him that the leads were no good that it wasn't working out and I was ok with that and that he didn't go to some of the appointments so I called the homeowners to see which ones he didn't go to so I can give them to another roofer it turns out that 16 out of the 23 appointments were inspected by his sales guy Micheal and that they had damage on the home and were working with BAC he lie to me so he didn't have to pay me so either Micheal is stealing from BAC or Brad is a dishonest company

  I have gotten at least 2 unsolicited phone calls from someone identifying as BAC Roofing asking me if they can assess damage on my roof. When I ask what my address is, they don't even have my correct address. Very unprofessional.

  Brody was extremely professional throughout the entire process. From quoting and presenting several options, to executing the work and ensuring the completed project met our expectations. I have used BAC for several roof and exterior replacements and continue to recommend their work for all future needs.

  Easy to work with, contacted insurance for us. Everything was done as they said it would be. Very prompt and cleaned the site perfectly.

  Brody from BAC Roofing was outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. His communication was excellent, he showed up when he said he would, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. It's clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. What really impressed me was the attention to detail during the cleanup. The crew took pride in leaving my property spotless—they made sure there were no nails, trash, or even small scraps left behind in my flower beds or driveway. That level of care says a lot about the quality of their work and respect for their customers' homes. If you're looking for someone honest, reliable, and dedicated to quality, I highly recommend Brody and BAC Roofing. Five stars all the way!!!!

  Zach Pistulka, BAC, worked with insurance adjustor on my hail claim and checked up on the roofing/siding crews when they were on site. I was pleased how he handled my claim and even was patient when I switched my siding color several times trying to make up my mind.

  Great communication by Eli during the project. My gutters were installed exactly when he said they would be, and how we agreed during the measurement process. I am pleased with the work done by BAC.

  We are very pleased from estimate to finished repairs with the service from BAC. Great caring and professional service with all details covered.   We sustained damage to our roof, gutters and vinyl siding from a summer hail storm. Zach P was here for the adjuster review and helped us review the summary of losses. He did a great job explaining the process and was very patient with all our questions. Within a couple months our home was completely repaired and looks amazing. We couldn’t be happier with the results. BAC and Zach exceeded our expectations. We no longer will have to shop around for home repairs.
