We had a large office building with repeated leaks around the drains, seams, and rooftop units. Previous contractors kept repairing individual areas, but the problems continued. This time, we chose a reroofing project. The contractor removed the failing system, replaced damaged materials underneath, corrected several drainage issues, and installed a new PVC membrane. They also rebuilt the flashing around every major penetration instead of simply covering the old work. The project took careful planning because employees remained in the building throughout construction. The crew respected that and kept their work areas organized. We finally have a roof that works as a complete system.

After multiple leaks, Murphy Roofing Services replaced our roof completely with composite tile. They corrected framing dips before laying new battens. The result looks flawless

The first few contractors we spoke to wanted to patch the leaks and move on. That wasn’t what we needed. The roof had too many old repairs and too much moisture underneath to justify another temporary fix. Murphy Roofing Services was honest about that from the start. We moved ahead with their proposed reroofing project, including removal of the existing membrane, replacement of saturated insulation, and installation of a new low-slope roofing system. They also replaced perimeter metal and corrected drainage at two trouble spots. It was a major project, and the process stayed far more organized than I expected. If you’re looking for experienced commercial roofers, this was a good experience from start to finish.

We hired these commercial roofers for a complete reroof with composite shingles. They stripped everything down, repaired rafters, and installed ridge vents for better airflow. We’re grateful!!!

A complete roof replacement was necessary due to years of wear. Mark and his crew installed a new TPO system, upgraded flashing, and sealed all penetrations. It’s watertight and low maintenance.

Murphy Roofing Services handled the new roof installation using standing seam metal panels. They installed a noise-reducing layer underneath and customized the panels on-site for perfect alignment. It’s quiet now and gives the whole home a modern touch!

I had used the services of Murphy Roofing in September 2021 to replace my roof gutters, leaf guards and also add ridge vents. They did some excellent work and also cleaned up the site. These guys are fantastic and I am ready to recommend them.
