i talked with several roofing contractors before choosing one, and the difference was clear. The other crews felt pushy and did not really listen to my concerns about the roof leak. One even focused more on an insurance claim than on finding the real problem. This team was the first one that took time to inspect the roof system properly, listened carefully, and checked the attic to trace where the water was getting in. After reviewing the estimate with my son, who knows roofing work in CA, i felt confident moving forward. He said the pricing looked fair, the materials were solid, and the roofing products were high quality. Once conditions allowed, the crew got started quickly and completed the tear-off and full roof replacement in just one day. That gave me peace of mind knowing my home was protected right away and i would not have to stress about more leaks. I also had new seamless gutters and leaf guards installed, which was a great upgrade for drainage and roof runoff. As soon as conditions were right, they came back and finished that work in one day too. The gutters look larger, cleaner, and much better suited for the house. The whole crew worked efficiently, kept the property tidy, and never left debris behind. johnathan and miguel were easy to work with, very respectful, and made the whole roofing project smooth from start to finish. I would absolutely use them again.

Crestview Roofing Baldwin did an excellent job on the new roof installation for my house and detached garage. The workmanship was top quality, and it is one of the best roofing jobs I have seen. The crew was friendly, professional, and worked hard all day aside from a short lunch break. Luis and the team clearly know roofing and tear-off work very well, and it showed in every step of the project. They also used an Equipter with soft wide tires during the old shingle removal, which was a big help. The hydraulic lift brought the debris container right up near the roof edge, so old roofing material was collected neatly instead of being tossed onto the ground. That made the tear-off process much cleaner and helped protect the lawn and surrounding area. I was very happy with how organized, careful, and efficient the whole roofing job was, and I am extremely pleased with the final result.

I had my roof replaced, and the whole roofing process went great. Luis, Johnathan, and Miguel were excellent to work with. The roofing crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were very careful around my property and pets. I was surprised at how quickly the new roof was installed, and the workmanship looked solid from start to finish. Luis kept me updated during each step of the project, which gave me a lot of confidence that everything was being handled the right way. The crew stayed organized, protected the area well, and completed the job with real attention to detail. After the roof was finished, I checked the yard to make sure there were no nails or roofing debris where my dogs could get hurt, and it was completely clean. No loose shingles, no packaging, and no mess left behind. Very professional roofing service, great communication, and a clean job site. I would gladly use them again for future roofing repairs and other exterior updates around my home.

I had Crestview Roofing baldwin come out for a roof estimate, and the price was fair. After I approved the work and sent the deposit, the roofing crew started a few days later by removing the old shingles. During tear-off, they found more wood rot than expected in the roof decking and support areas. Johnathan called me right away, clearly explained the issue, and let me know a carpenter would be needed along with extra sheets of plywood to make the roof structure solid before the new roofing materials were installed. Luis handled the carpentry repairs, reinforced the damaged support sections, and replaced the bad plywood so the new roof would have a strong base. Throughout the project, the crew kept the jobsite neat, cleaned up after each day, and made sure the roof was covered and protected. That gave me a lot of peace of mind, especially with changing weather and wind. Once the wood repairs were completed, the reroofing moved along quickly and smoothly. The finished roof looks great, feels solid, and has already held up very well through heavy rain and windy conditions. I am very pleased with the workmanship, communication, and the way the whole roofing job was handled from start to finish.
