L.I. Metal Systems

The only one or two-star review we hold for L.I. Metal Systems.

The most annoying contractors I’ve ever worked with AND they didn’t follow through with what they said they were gonna do. We wanted new gutters on the house and they said they’d hook up the downspouts to the rain barrels we bought. Well it turns out that they won’t do anything other than just connect the downspout to the gutter, which is something that anyone could do. They couldn’t help us at all with making the connection work and every time I asked them to help us out the guy simply said “we don’t do that” and putting us the customer through a bunch of pointless hoops just because they want to be stubborn and make us do the work. Will never hire/recommend this company to anyone they are so annoying! Only reason I didn’t give it one star was they did do a decent just with the actual rain gutters.

We recently had L.I. Metal Systems install new rain gutters at my parents’ home in Anaheim, and the whole experience was great from start to finish. The team was very easy to work with, communicated well throughout the project, and answered all of our questions along the way. You can really tell they use quality materials and take pride in their workmanship. The gutters came out looking clean, professional, and made a huge difference to the home. The contractors were friendly, respectful, and completed everything in a timely manner. It’s not always easy finding reliable contractors these days, so we truly appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail. We would absolutely recommend L.I. Metal Systems to our family and friends.

The Installers arrived promptly and were prepared for install my gutters. They had the right color (white) on their truck. They were professional and prepared to install them as the schematic directed them to. We made 2 small changes at the time of their arrival and they had no difficulty in completing the job with the small changes. They also took the old gutters that we had previously removed and disposed of them. Both installers were fast and extremely neat. There was no cleanup needed. I reccommend this company whole heartedly. From the initial consultation (they were also the lowest price) to the finished installation, they were excellent and professional.
