To start off, I'd like to say I have no qualms with their shinglers. The laborers who have worked on our house have been respectful and pleasant. Their work looks okay too despite the cold and snow, so props to them. …

Thank you Doran for your feedback. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience the truck caused you. Had we (in the office) known the truck was parked in front of your unit we would have resolved this immediately. I believe we did when you phoned me on Saturday and it was moved right away. There are more times that I can count where I mistakenly believe common sense is prevailing out in the field. We have made strong mention to our crew and we will keep a close eye on this moving forward for the tenants at McDougall Landing. As for the timeline, you were the 'un' lucky unit that was next in line when the wonderful Alberta weather hit. Snow, freezing rain and the winds we're getting lately are all something we are having to deal with. Above everything else, our crew's safety is priority and while they may want to get up on the roof, we (in the office) maintain safety over production and profit during these types of wintery, blizzardy days. As for the size of our crew, whether we have lots of no work - well it's a constant challenge to balance the work with the number of people working and appreciate your advice. If you'd like to speak to one of the owners please feel free to phone 780-908-8336

Hi Larry, thank you for your review. First we will apologize for the inconvenience. You are correct, our firm has been on Orchard Sky this summer, however we are replacing the roof on all 7 buildings which is over 4000 bundles of shingles, Our contract is with Peak Services so we must go by their schedule. We have had no complaints from anyone as far as our crews being rude. Our guys are very friendly and professional. We are not sure where you heard this information but MTM Roofing does not threaten or sabotage, saying that we will remind our crews that we have a zero tolerance policy for any type of negative behaviour. While we have your ear, One thing that does slow down this project and we would appreciate if you could talk to the tenants to stop filling our bins with their garbage. Once again we understand a project of this size can become very annoying, we are almost complete and apologize for the inconvenience. Please feel free to call with any questions 780 908 8336 Thank You

All my experiences with this company have been great. Mark is very responsive and they helped fix several commercial roof leaks during our torrential downpours in a hurry. This is a great company for commercial service, repairs, and roof replacement projects.

Mark and Sonja at MTM could not have been more professional. They run an amazing team from start to finish. The quote process was fast, detailed, and very fair, and once everything was approved, they got to work quickly. Their crew did outstanding work. Everything was done right, and the site was left clean and organized at the end of the job. It actually took me a few months to write this review, but that only gave me more confidence in the quality of their work, as there have been zero issues since completion. I truly don’t have enough good things to say about MTM, or about Mark and Sonja themselves. 10/10 I absolutely recommend their services to anyone.

just another roofing company. not much is new. same as all the rest . bid on jobs in hopes of getting work. they do offer service and repair. if only they would relise roofing is more then roofing it is water proofing, damp proofing and drainage as well that would most likley open more doors for work.
