Good morning Riley, I appreciate you taking the time to do the review. We were very upset with this one and as it was done in the fall, unfortunately was not caught until spring (by yourself). Its unfortunate I can not add pictures to show the work fixed because we ALWAYS guarantee our work. I've been up there myself to make sure there are no low nails and everything was done to satisfaction. The fact you never added finished pictures speaks a lot about your character my friend. I'm really not sure how to please someone with your attitude if I'm just being honest. Sometimes people miss things, I am not claiming to be perfect. I came back four times to try and make sure you were happy. Now the roof looks good and yes sir, I guarantee my work! I'm very happy this was a visual issue that was easily rectified and not something more serious like a leak in the house. The installer has since been let go, but thank you again.

Not to happy with service from Kirkland. I needed my roof redone on a lake cottage, I phoned and talked to Matt he said they would give me an estimate. The next day Jeff called and said he was trying to find the cottage. Took him 4 phone calls later but he found it. After that I heard nothing. No phone calls, no estimate, I called Jeff’s number no answer. Today I called again, and finally reach Jeff. He said my cottage was to hard to find , too far away and they wouldn’t make enough money on it. Really? Like you couldn’t say that a week ago. That’s poor business practice, I could have taken that time and booked somebody else. Someone who actually cared not just about money but about people, and that my time and money is just as important as yours. Good luck with that attitude! It’s people that make your business successful.

Completely satisfied with Kirkland Roofing replacing my shingles. From the quote to the delivery and finally the installation everything went smoothly and quicker than expected with all the rainy weather we've been having. I have already recommended Kirkland to some friends and I recommend them to you also

We had a leaky chimney and needed a separate quote for exterior siding repairs. They responded quickly, sent an estimator out same day, and fixed the chimney same day! Exceptional service and fair pricing. Definitely recommend!

We had Kirkland Roofing and Exteriors come out to help us locate the source of some moisture in our attic in early June. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and immediately had a hunch about what the issue might be. To confirm his suspicions, they actually came out for a roof inspection and leak detection the same day. They provided clear, practical advice on how to remedy the attic venting and moisture problem without trying to upsell us on any unnecessary repairs. In an industry where it can be tough to know who to trust, Matt and his team showed incredible honesty, punctuality, and integrity. They are a fantastic local company to work with, and they have absolutely earned our trust for any future roofing needs. Highly recommend!

Matt and his crew did an amazing job. They went above and beyond, after a previous roofing contractor made a mess of my roof. I could not be more thankful for their integrity, skill and hard work to get my roof done properly and in a timely matter. Will absolutely be calling these guys for any future roofing needs.

Matt's crew completed our roof repair in June 26, we put the project off for a while so we knew it would be a bit of work. They were polite, professional and efficient. An appx 1450sq ft home done in a day. No mess and the end result looks great. Communication and product is exceptional

Had a great experience with Matt, who was referred to me by a trusted professional. The roof looks great- and what I was most impressed with was the prompt communication, professional approach and attention to the timeline I was hoping for. Matt underpromised and overdelivered on the installation and that’s rare. Would definitely recommend Kirkland Roofing. Thanks Matt
