Did my roof in 2011. Small leak noted June 2020. They only have a 6 year warranty and never even offered to come have a look. Another roofer recommended to me by a relative came out, found the small leak but noted many items of poor work:- capping shingles misaligned and cracking, no sealing of exposed nails, shingles not properly offset with edge of vent, dented gooseneck vent which could only happen if someone had kicked it or hit it with shingles (no one has been up there since they put the roof on), and numerous other examples of poor workmanship.

Ken I offered to come but i told you there would be a small charge. You did not want to pay for the roofing work needed.

My roof needed to be replaced. I compared and got quotes from a number of companies. Kaelan from Shamrock offered a very competitive price. When they arrived they removed the old roof, and replaced it very quickly and did an excellent job. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Shamrock was referred to me by a friend. Workmanship is amazing, jobsite was clean and neat, other than a beautiful new roof could not tell anyone had been here. I will be calling them again when my Garage needs it's roof done.
