  Not very happy with service provided by this contractor. Over 20k job to repair hail damage. Took 3 months to complete the job. While working they damaged my porch railing. Took 2 months for them to to come and attempt to fix it. Below is an example of what they consider completed work. Large gap. 1 coat of paint. Screws not predrilled and did not countersink them. I was contacted 3 days ago and threatened that I need to pay the Balance or face legal action. I sent them these pictures. Their response "you owe us money. I wish this was the only issue I had with this contractor. If I had it to do all over again I would not hire these guys to install a TV Still would not recommend these guys

  Bob, we appreciate your honest feedback and understand that your experience with MRN fell short of expectations.  MRN has put systems in place to ensure quality work in a timely manner, including final project walk throughs. The rail damage was not seen or brought to our attention during our nail sweeps and final inspections and we were not aware of this damage.  We did send out a tech immediately (within 24 hours) of the notification to MRN - perhaps if the damage had been reported before two months had passed, we absolutely would have fixed the issue and resolved your concerns sooner. Although we sent a tech out the day after your concerns had surfaced, due to the lateness in discovery, the railing repair fell under warranty-related work—which, we cannot give to our customers until their remaining balance for the original scope of work is paid to MRN Contracting. Therefore, we apologize for having to involve our debt collection department. After weeks of no response from you via phone call or email, we felt that involving our debt collectors was our only remaining option. We are pleased we were able to address your concerns, as MRN values our customer's opinions. We would like to thank you for bringing this to our attention to improve in the future.

  We had a new roof installed by MRN in October, 2017. Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience all around. From horrible customer service, to having 4 roof leaks in the first 7 years and a shingle and flashing repair due to their bad installation. The first two leaks were covered by their 5-year install warranty, which is better than some, worse than others. But the second two leaks, bad flashing repair and just yesterday, another repair due to five shingles not being installed properly, nailed to high, so the shingles starting buckling and sliding. No new roof, if installed properly, should have these issues. Beware!

While we are pleased to hear that you are happy with your new roof, we regret any inconveniences with our scheduling and install process. We hope you take into account that we did immediately shift the schedule so that your roof was installed on your preferred date, and we offered to fix any minor damage to your fence. Per your request, we deducted the $100 in fence damage to compensate for any issues. We also strive for quick installs as we feel its best practice not to leave your home exposed to the elements, but we are sorry if you felt like our team had the "on to the next" mentality.   When they looked at my roof, i saw the contractor bending my shingles back on my roof. When the adjuster came out my claim was denied for man made damage. I woukd not recommend them at all!

  The company promised a $500 referral payment. Now, 2 1/2 months later, I still haven't received that referral payment. I have been told that the check was mailed on Dec 9th. Today is Dec 20th and still no check.

  Jeremy and his team did an awesome job with my roof replacement from start to finish. He took care of everything and kept me informed. Best contractor experience I have ever had. Would definitely use him again!

  We had a great experience with Richard Grenier and MRN Contracting. He helped us replace our roof after hail damage, did all the work with our insurance company, and did it at zero cost to us out of pocket. The work was fast and professional. We couldn’t be happier with their service and our results.

  We had a few bad storms and per the usual the roof chasers came in droves. Taylor with MRN stopped by; however, instead of throwing his pitch right out he was very personable, helpful, upfront, and honest. We both took the time and chatted. Afterwards I figured it was worth going with MRN for the repairs as long as insurance would agree on the claim. Taylor sat down and was there for the insurance phone call, the appointment for the insurance to do their inspection, and always available when I had a question. He was very responsive and always professional. The insurance company (Nationwide) was fast to get everything processed and MRN was quick to get all the materials delivered and the roof replaced. The roof was done on day one (when scheduled); Taylor was on site and the crew was very polite and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Day two Taylor returned to inspect and ensure everything was clean and completed. I would highly recommend using MRN and having dealt with Taylor would request him specifically. The roof looks good and best of all the wife is happy!

  Jeremy Hooper and his team did an excellent job replacing our roof and skylights. The project manager, Miles was great. He followed through with our questions and kept us informed of all timelines. They did an excellent job cleaning up and painting all exhaust pipes to match roof shingles. I would highly recommended this team from MRN Contracting.

  Taylor and his team were awesome. Very helpful. Worked w our insurance company. Made the process easy; explained all the issues, very patient with us. Roof done in one day! Cleaned up every bit of everything. Very Very happy with their services and team!

  Jermel was very professional and knowledgeable! He explains everything about the process and was available for any of my questions. He made the process move smoothly. On the day of the repairs, his team and their was prompt and efficient in their efforts. They completed the effort in the same day and cleaned up nicely! All in all it was a pleasure to deal with Jermel and his team. I never thought I would have so much satisfaction looking at a new roof!

  From day one when we met with Mr. Jermel Lewis to start the process of getting a new roof installed he was nothing but professional. Jermel was very knowledgeable and was available from start to finish when we had questions about the project. Otis the site supervisor and his crew did and outstanding job on the installation of our roof. The preparation, installation and cleanup.
