  I “signed a contract” with these clowns with the stipulation that I could cancel within 3 days. Well someone from the company called ME 2 days later asking when they could come to do measurements. I canceled with them during that conversation. Then someone kept calling me, asking when they could come to measure. I ignored them each time because I had already canceled. The last time I spoke to anyone from that company, I answered the phone and talked to them. I told them I canceled. They said they had NO RECORD of me canceling and told me that I would HAVE to go with their company or face legal action! Seriously? I gave them no money, so therefore I am not obligated to them! So I called my new company and the guy called them and told them to stop harassing me! Clearly my experience with them was awful!

  Made an appointment for a new Window Installation. They asked about my marital status because they wanted to make sure all of the 'decision makers' were home for the appointment. I stated that I am the homeowner and I wasn't going to discuss my marital status. They cancelled the appointment with a "best of luck finding a contractor for your project". Definitely a shady enterprise

  Called to get a quote for a new roof installation. They asked about my marital status because they wanted to make sure all of the 'decision makers' were home for the appointment. I stated that I am the homeowner and I wasn't going to discuss my marital status. They refused to come out. Buyer beware....not a great company with this attitude.

  Mr. Roof's representative arrived on time but wouldn't give me an estimate because I wouldn't let him in the house. He didn't have a mask and I just didn't want him inside my house because my grandchildren live here. He lost a sale.

  We are terribly sorry for any miscommunication. We respect everyone's wishes in regards to Covid 19 safety which is why all of our representatives do have the appropriate PPE. When we spoke on the phone and I asked you if you would like our representative to wear a mask, you told me no, that you would still not allow him in your house. If you have changed your mind, we would be more than happy to send a representative back to your home again. Once again I apologize for any miscommunication and I know that if you gave us the opportunity to speak with you, you would be as thrilled as all our other customers with our 5 star service.

  Do not waste your time giving these people any information. They will keep calling, even a year and a half after getting it, 2 times this week in fact, after they supposedly put me on their do not call list last year when I told them to stop calling. They seem very unprofessional and desperate for work to keep calling back so many times.

  Had my roof done and they were very good I have high-quality material. I’m very satisfied would never go with anyone else no more besides them. I am happy with their product and accuracy and communication. Highly recommend Mr. Roof so if anyone needs a new roof put on, I highly recommend to call them. They’re excellent and high-quality material that will last very long. I’m a very satisfied customer and happy.

  Greg and his team were fast and reliable. Friendly team, came out same day after quote to patch prior to getting permit to replace. Cleanup was awesome and no issues.

  Greg and his team of installers did a fantastic job with my home. Full siding tear-off, insulation and weather barrier rewrap, then new siding. Now this week, when it's over a hundred degrees outside with the humidity, my A/C is easily keeping the interior cool, because Mr Roof's work is keeping the weather out. Highly recommend you talk to Greg and his team for all your home renovation needs.

  This company was recommended by my Interior Designer for window installations, and I was incredibly impressed by their professionalism, efficiency, and workmanship. I also got an excellent and fair price (compared to other bids). They also fixed some shingles on my roof after a particularly windy storm, and re-clad my garage door exterior cladding, again, all fair pricing. All told, they do a great job, put in a quality window product (with lots of cool features) and I am very pleased.

  We used Mr Roof on a prior small repair project and were extremely pleased with the results which led us to ask them to quote our completely new roof install. They did a detailed inspection of the roof and attic during the quoting process to ensure that all extra necessary product was on site when the project started. The crew was friendly and professional and the after the thorough cleanup you would never know they were here.

  Great company.I'm glad I went with them to fix my roof. Greg, Was the guy I talked with that help me get everything set up and ready for the job. The crew came just few days after and got the whole roof done in 1 day. They cleaned after they were done and put my outdoor furniture that they moved. Definitely suggest them.

  Not just the roof. After Mr Roof helped me with my gutters I referred them to my mom to replace her doors. Josh and Greg were great, took their time to listen to what my mom wanted and installed a beautiful new entry door and sliding back door. There was a small issue with the color and they were able to fix it and color match. Love the new doors. They provide better climate control in the cold winter and look great. Price was reasonable and completed as quoted. No surprises. Thanks Mr Roof and Remodeling! Update - in recent storms a tree limb fell on my roof. Mr roof was here within 2 hours to tarp the roof to protect everything inside. Thank you!!

  We had a great experience with Mr. Roof. They added gables and a covered porch to the front of our house along with a new roof (shingles & metal), new facia, soffits, gutters, and a new front door as well. Our home looks great!!
