Filled out the quote form on their site and got a call back the next morning which was faster than I expected. The estimator who came out was easy to talk to and actually pointed out what needed fixing now versus what could wait another season, which I appreciated because I was ready to be sold on more than I needed. Quote came through that same evening broken out line by line. There aren't a ton of options in Mt Prospect for this kind of specific soffit and gutter work so I was glad the pricing felt reasonable! Install got scheduled about a week and a half out. Crew showed up on time and put tarps down over the flower beds under where they were working, which I hadn't even thought to ask about. Gutters look good, fascia repair is clean, and the paint on the soffit is close enough you'd have to be looking for it to notice.

Noticed birds getting into the soffit on the side of the house and figured out there was a decent size hole where the soffit had pulled away from the fascia. Water had also been getting in behind it based on some staining I could see from …

They replaced all the soffit and fascia across the front and both sides of the house. The old wood fascia had been painted over so many times that the rot underneath wasn't obvious until you got close, and the soffit panels were cracked and discolored in a few spots. Everything got torn out and replaced with aluminum, which I went with because I didn't want to deal with repainting every few years. The color match to the rest of the trim is really close and the vent panels they used for the soffit look a lot better than what was up there before. While they were up on the ladders they also reattached a gutter run along the back that had started to sag. Took about a day and a half for the whole job. The finished product makes the house look noticeably sharper from the street and I feel good knowing the roof edge is actually protected now.
