I am writing to provide an honest review of the exceptional service we received from Vasilii, for our recent window replacement project. As a daycare business in Palatine, we had an urgent need to replace multiple windows, and after contacting several companies, Vasilii provided us with the most competitive price. From our initial contact, Vasilii was incredibly responsive and efficient. He promptly visited our site, took precise measurements, and quickly placed our order, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process. We are now thoroughly enjoying our new windows, which have significantly improved our facility. Furthermore, his installation team demonstrated remarkable efficiency and professionalism. They completed the work quickly and left our property immaculately clean, requiring no additional clean-up or fixes on our part. Their attention to detail and commitment to a high-quality finish were truly impressive. Highly recommend his team.

Very professional. I had a roof leak, they were able to come out immediately to fix flashing and nail pops in my roof. They also changed out part of my gutter to help with water runoff

Great job by Vasyl and General Roofing. They were very responsive, pricing was good and they finished the work in a couple of days. There was a leak by the fireplace and they fixed that too within a couple of hours of informing them of the issue. Would definitely recommended general roofing to my family and friends.

Good people to work with. Showed up promptly, did the work efficiently and workmanlike, then left the premesis clean and orderly. Pricing is fair and reasonable. Vasyl made recommendations for work we needed without any pressure to act on it (we did). It's a pleasure working with honest people in the trades. Highly recommended.

Vasyl and his team have done our roof and now the siding for our extension. He’s professional, transparent, his company does great work and I would use them again for anything. Vasyl walks through what the concern is and the plan and then gets the job done. Can’t recommend them enough for great work at a great price
