  I called 4 days ago and was told they'd get back to me shortly to set up a time to come take a look at my roof. No call or any form of communication to someone showed up an hour ago. I would think a company would keep in contact with someone they want as a customer rather than let them hanging wondering what's going on. Unprofessional.

  A company vehicle almost killed me on Christmas Eve driving drunk! Very classy! It was a gray Chevy pickup with a camper shell and Mountain View Roofing graphics on the sides.

The statement that I was driving drunk is completely false, and I assure you that I take such accusations seriously. The truck you referred to is my personal truck, and it was only used on Christmas Eve to go and shovel the church sidewalk with my son. I can assure you no driving under the influence took place.   It was on a Sunday evening when heavy rain resulted in an emergency situation on our roof. Next morning already Mountain View Roofing started working. Thank you very much for your immediate response and the great work!

  My wife and I had our 30+ year old ashpalt shingle roof replaced on 2/27/26 in Boise. Mountain View roofing was competitive in price and was able to do additional repairs on our roof. Adam and his team are professional and were able to work with us on installation dates and explain the process. Adam also noticed that some of our facia boards were rotted and gutters were damaged and offered to repair them. The crew worked carefully to remove the old shingles and install the new roof. They diligently cleaned the parameter of the house each day. We will certainly be using Mountain View Roofing again in future.

  Upon inspection, they found bare wood showing on a section of our roof. We were told it would be 30 days before they could replace the roof. In the mean time, they offered a temporary repair of that section for free. I was relieved, because snow season was right around the corner. When they did replace the roof, it took them less time than they estimated. They were awesome to work with, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone! Update: it’s been 5yrs & I’m still happy with the work & materials.

  Adam came out to evaluate a potential issue, offer solutions, and give me a quote. I needed a cricket for my chimney, and though I was given viable alternatives that would have saved me money (which is always appreciated), I decided to go all in and invest the money now to get the job done right. The quote was fair and the work seems solid. Before starting the job, Matt came out and gave me a rundown on the materials so I'd know what to expect from the process, and even came out after the job was done just to add some finishing touches and address any questions or concerns I might have. Fast, friendly, and honest service. Work done right the first time. I highly recommend Mountain View Roofing and will be calling them again for all my future roofing needs.

  My husband and I have nothing but positive things to say about Mountain View Roofing! Our roof is beautiful, the communication was seamless and Adam and Cindy should teach a master class in customer service! I’ve added one before, a couple of during photos and one after. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!
