  Dishonest Marketing We had someone come and tape this in a blank envelope on our door. Didn’t use the doorbell either. My wife got it and felt honestly a little scared because it seemed like some kind of incognito complaint (in a blank envelope and without the guy wanting to use the doorbell). Our roof is fine. No shingle lifted up, especially that you could possibly see from the street. There’s a small (like 10sq ft) section above our doorway that has some slight discolouration at most.. I’ve shingled roofs before and at the very least can judge the condition. Also come on….a member of your SALES team was driving by 1:30hr from your office and just happened to see this and feel concerned. Dishonest marketing that likely would’ve concerned others and delivered in a way that scared the homeowner.

  Communication is spot on! Had a few rain delays, was always kept up to date on reschedule dates. Team was so quick and efficient. They cleaned up all of the pieces that didn't make it into their garbage bin. Someone came by after the team left to put back up our satellite dish and final inspection on any missed nails or debris on our yard. Highly recommend!

  I contacted Jonathan at just after 7am and he had the repair done to my roof by 11am. I am more than happy with the service I received from Mountain Ridge Reno’s and Roofing. Definitely recommend.

  Outstanding experience with Mountain Ridge Renos and Roofing. Their speed and service were top notch. Called Friday, patch completed same day with final work completed by the following Tuesday! Jonathan communicated with me throughout the whole process. The work was completed well and professionally—highly recommend!

  Got Mountain Ridge Roofing close in a sky light. Jonathan was quick to respond and got the job done in record time. There was a hiccup but Jonathan handled it and I ended up with good quality work. Would recommend him. Thanks for caring about your customers!

  Awesome company and very trust worthy. The crew was friendly and hard working and they also cleaned my gutters and yard. The only issue was the ladder fell off the roof and scratch my garage door. They replaced my door without complaint and hesitation. Accidents do happy. Supper honest company and I will definitely use and recommend this company anytime 😊 my roof looks awesome and even my neighbors noticed and complemented how nice it looked and coincided with my house colors. I couldn't be more happier with the workmanship and service. Trust means a big deal to me!
