  Unimpressed with the professionalism and state the yard was left. Started almost 2 months after the original start date. And took almost 2 months to finish siding and shingles. Show up for a few days, and not see them again for a week. The clean up was next to none as it was done when winter started. 1000’s of nails and screws left in my yard. One tire fell victim to that and had to be patched. Metal from eavestroughs left in my driveway that went through the snowblower and some was left on the roof of one of our vehicles. Property items were damaged, but was reimbursed by the company. We had them come for a spring clean up, which was done well, but was ridiculous the non existent attempt to clean up anything when the work was being done. The final product looks good, but the overall experience was upsetting, and unfortunately I would not hire or recommend these guys.

Delays during peak weather transitions can unfortunately impact scheduling and clean-up windows, especially when winter sets in mid-project. That said, it’s our responsibility to ensure each site is left safe and clean, and we clearly fell short here. We’re glad we could reimburse you for damages and that our spring clean-up met the standard. Still, your feedback is taken seriously, and we’re actively reviewing how to improve communication and jobsite cleanup protocols during seasonal transitions.

  Had an insurance claim from a bad windstorm. They were abrupt on the phone and when they came out did not want to speak to me. They missed quite a bit of the damage which resulted in much of the storm damage not being covered. Do not recommend this company.

  I’m sorry to hear that you are unhappy with how your insurance claim went. We have no say in what insurance replaces as we are not your adjuster, we just take the pictures and submit a report.

  D.T Roofing did an amazing job! Hardworking, respectful and quick. After the job was done, they cleaned everything up and you couldn't even tell they were there. I highly recommend this company!! Love my new roof!!

  We were able to get an appointment for the inspection within a week of calling during a busy time and Drayson was great at explaining what we needed and how the process works. I would recommend him.

  Recently had my Eaves, Soffit and fascia replaced, I have a large house and the crew was done in 3 days, the 2 workers that came each day were very hard working especially in the 30+ c days we were having, they were friendly,

  Evan and the crew had to deal with extreme heat on Tuesday so they couldn’t do much besides some tearing off of the old stuff and cover the roof with the storm that came. They did an excellent job protecting the house and doubled up the covering. They did an excellent job on the roof and the 4 new turbo pro vents give it a much greater look then the basic old square ones on top of moving far more air which will help with our vaulted ceiling living room. Drayson and Corey were great to deal with from the quote to adjusting schedules with all the storms they dealt with in May and June. Glad you're happy with the new vents and the Monaco Red, it's a sharp looking roof. May and June threw a lot of storms at the schedule, so we appreciate you being flexible with us.
