We sincerely appreciate your past business and the recommendations you've made to your family and friends over the years. It means a great deal to us, which is why we're sorry we weren't able to help with your recent repair request. Unfortunately, we do not have a dedicated service or repair crew. Our roofing crews are fully committed to scheduled roof replacement projects throughout the season, and the only repair work we are able to accommodate is warranty-related repairs for roofs we have previously installed. This isn't a reflection of the size or importance of your repair—it's simply a limitation of our current staffing and scheduling. We understand how frustrating it is to be told we can't assist, particularly after having worked with us in the past. While we wish we had the capacity to take on every repair request, we never want to commit to work that we cannot complete in a timely manner. We genuinely appreciate your past support and are sorry we couldn't be of assistance on this occasion. We hope you're able to have the storm damage repaired quickly, and we thank you again for your feedback.

  Left with a messed up roof. Do not trust this company. They can't even issue a correct invoice. Work was done fast but with major defects. Appears to be a rush job. Crew did not replace any decking (left soft and rotten wood and gaps) They did not replace the drip edge. Drip edge replacement was part of the contract. The corners of drip edge were left with gaps for water to leak. They failed to do a proper clean and left my gutter clogged with shingles debris. Clean up was part of the job. Roof was left in a state that would leak and lead to bug and rodent issues. I raised concerns about the quality of work and wanted it inspected. Matt inspected the work and tried to convince there were no issues and provided a quote of $600 for additional flashing to fix up the mess ups. His multiple inspection failed to notice the gutters full of debris or exposed nail. Third party inspection indicated defects in the job. Glen the owner agreed to reissue my invoice with an additional discount for cleaning my own gutters. No invoice was reissued and the original amount owing was resent. Office staff was dismissive about my claim for a corrected invoice.

Our team has visited your property several times to address your concerns, and after thorough review, we found that most of the issues stem from the home’s original construction rather than our roofing work. Even so, we completed additional repairs at no cost to you as a gesture of good faith. We believe we’ve gone above and beyond the roof replacement.

  The whole process started out great, but it took a very long time to install from the date on the quote. I understand that things come up but several months later they did the install with one day's notice and it isn't great service. Then after the install the quality of work was not good and they left a mess of small metal pieces all over the place that I had to clean up after the work was completed. When I received the final invoice we were overcharged, I did speak with someone at the company and the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude with the issue and it wasn't necessary to get that service. Some of the other issues were addressed with someone else at the company but in the end I still wasn't happy and was basically told I just needed to deal with them. Overall I still am very dissatisfied with the service that I received and I cannot say I would recommend this company to anyone.

  Wow so i call for a quote to have my garage reshingled and osb boards fixed..they call me back and say a 2 car garage is too "small" for them to do so they will have to pass on the fix.....ok well i guess in the future when my house needs to be redone and my neighbors are looking at your company will be the first not to recommend you. Probably forgot where you started probably begging for jobs small ones now you are too big. I will remember.

  unprofessional. absolute disrespectful driver of a gray ram truck . their people won’t even answer the phone when i tried to explain how rude the driver was. don’t waste your time. also i left this review previously and it was deleted? leads me to believe they’ve been removing most 1 star reviews and keeping a few but leaving some lengthy comment afterwards.

  Quoted me 5500 for shingles got a call yesterday now they say it will be 8000

  Thank you for your google review. These reviews positive or negative always help us grow and improve as a business. Our apologies if you feel you were misinformed. We spoke yesterday and tried twice today to talk to you directly. Unfortunately your review is made up of one sentence without any explanation of your experience with Hart Roofing and Renovations. The statement is very misleading and can be interpreted that we in fact quoted you $5500 and billed you for $8000. We have not done any work on your home and we were booked for work to be done in August. Your free estimate was first done with a visit to your home the end of March 2022. Over the next two months our office continued to work with helping you understand the products we offer and addresses of colors that might work well on your home. We worked through you estimate matching another quote for a reduced rate in wood replacement and increased size of ice and water shield. Three prices were provided for 3 different products ranging in price from $5400 to $6100. At the end of April we advised of increases in roofing products and the estimate was adjusted to reflect these increases resulting in costs ranging from $5655 to $6285.00. On May 31 we received a final confirmation to proceed with this work and a color choice was made but it was a completely different product from the $5500 product you referenced in your google review. A more expensive product was the final choice. During this time span we were notified of additional increases for roofing products in June along with fuel surcharges and increased hoist charges. Due to these increases we contacted you again to advise of these increases and to make sure you understood the more expensive shingle choice was $440 more than the regular shingle choice and with the future increase in June the cost of the roof products chosen would be $6800. Pricing was clearly marked on the estimate sheet of all products. Shingles are petroleum based product

  Do not recommend. They did work that was not authorized and then sent me a bill for over a thousand dollars. This matter was taken to court, and they lost.

  Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience with Hart Roofing in 2016. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our level of service. As part of the original estimate we quoted both the home and your detached garage and carport, as both roofs were in need of replacement. Estimate was approved, color was chosen and work was completed. After the job was completed, to our surprise you contacted us by email to say that you did not want the roof on the garage completed. After reviewing our records regarding the confirmation it was not clear that the house only had been requested but we tried to work with you to come to a fair settlement by offering the garage installation at our cost price due to the communication issues by both parties when this work was confirmed. When the crew was working at your home the "house only" install was never discussed or reaffirmed. Hart Roofing is not in the business of purchasing materials and doing extra work that is not authorized. This would not be an economical approve to running a business. Since our inception in 2010, we strive to be an honest, up front business model that is based on integrity. We have now learned that a signed estimate is required, which we have now implemented in our process before starting on a job site. We thank you for this lesson.   Hart Roofing was the PERFECT roof replacement experience, from the first query to the last follow-up inspection! Not only was their pricing approximately 20% less than two other quotes I received, but the products they use were far superior. Their administrator, Kristen, was lightening fast responsive to my queries prior to, during, and after the job...and Chris (whom I will refer to as their quality control king) ensured the job was completed to perfection! You will NOT regret calling these folks for your next roofing or renovation job!

  Hart roofing was great! Kind and professional employees, good communication with both their administration office and with Chris who gave us the estimate/consultation. The service was quick and thorough. Their pricing was the most reasonable compared to several other contractors we met with. We would go with them again!

  Recently had my shingles, eaves, and downspouts replaced. Quick and clear communication from the office, reasonable pricing, and high quality work. The crew who completed the job were pleasant and didn’t leave any mess. Very pleased overall and would certainly recommend Hart Roofing!

  Hart Roofing replaced my shingles 3 years ago and did a wonderful job. I hired them again this fall to replace my soffit, fascia and eaves. Their crew was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend them!
