We had an appointment for an estimate, was told to be there between 9 to 1pm so the owner Paul can give an estimate. He was a no show, no call, definitely will not use them and encourage others not to as well. Waisted 4 hours waiting for nothing.

Hi Michael, looks like we missed our appointment with you yesterday. I apologize however we don't come out unless we receive a confirmation. I guess my office called you on Friday and never got a return call. We have quite a few estimate requests coming in and many times we have to schedule weeks out. By the time the estimate time comes around, some homeowners have already taken care of their roofing needs. Prior to implementing our confirmation policy, sometimes we would go out and the homeowner would either not be there or would inform us that they had their roofing needs taken care of already. Therefore we are now asking for a confirmation. I apologize for your having to wait for us yesterday. I would be happy to compensate you for your lost time. I can still come out to do the roof estimate this coming Monday if you would like us to. Again my apologies and hopefully talk to you soon. Paul Moreno/Moreno Roofing

I had a bad experience with this company. Paul came to my house several weeks ago and inspected the roof (I have a leak) and said he would get back to me with an estimate. After several reminder calls, I have not received an estimate and I doubt that I will receive one.

Hi Mike, Sorry about the oversight. This has been a busy year and sometimes things slip through the cracks. I will have your estimate today or tomorrow. Thanks for understanding. Paul Moreno

Our tile roof was replaced end of December 2024 and we were extremely pleased from start to finish. Benito did a fantastic job explaining details, listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. His crew was courteous and efficient. Very reasonably priced and was finished in a timely manner. Definitely a great company to work with! Thank you for a job well done!

Replaced our entire roof. Great workmanship. Workers were organized and respectful. Price was more than competitive. It was a very good experience.

Came out to do an estimate in January and never received anything. Won’t give one star because it seems par for the course with contractors these days that you have to harass people to give them business but disappointing. At first I was …

We moved to our new house in Aptos in September 2019 and discovered a pressing need for more natural daylight in 2 rooms. Getting referrals from yelp and Nextdoor, we called in 2 roofing companies to put in skylights. The first had some …
