Sam Kennedy and his crew are outstanding. There was an issue with my roof that Sam Kennedy had installed almost 9 years ago. Sam came out to my house and diagnosed the issue. Within a week he had a crew out to my house and they took care of the issue. Sam went out of his way to work my job into his schedule. Very professional. His original quote stated that he guarantees his workmanship for 10 years. He honored that guarantee in a big way!

Sam and his crew replaced my roof & skylights, and installed 65 feet of custom seamless rain gutter, painted to match my existing trim. The job was completed very quickly and professionally with high quality results. Pricing was also fair and reasonable. I would definitely recommend Sam Kennedy Roofing.

Sam Kennedy is the man you want, to do your roofing. From the first meeting with him I was completely comfortable. As a 83 woman living alone, the thought of having to replace a roof, was not something I wanted to do. Sam put me at ease immediately. His crew were polite and they cleaned up my property, each day after work. My roof and gutters look great!!

I strongly suggest this company for your roofs. Sam installed new high quality roof for our home, he is very responsive, professional and knowledgeable business owner. He is a very nice person who loves dogs too.

Sam came and measured our old roof and was upfront that a roof this old would reveal some surprises. His bid was fair, with room allowed for hidden damage. The team that came was extremely hard working and made quick work of the tear off. I was impressed how complete their clean up was and have only found one nail the crew missed. Each day the crew found damaged structural sections that they expertly repaired and replaced using some impressive workmanship. Before a single shingle was laid, that roof was more solid and stronger than the day it was finished 90 years ago. Completed with quality roofing materials and fresh gutters, that roof gives us a sense of security we missed with the old rickety roof. Great job Sam and crew!
