So my Dad called this guy to come do an estimate on getting his roof replaced. The day he came by my 9 year old daughter and I happened to be outside watering some of our plants at the time he had came for the estimate, when I happened to notice him staring at my daughter. He immediately stopped when he realized that I was looking right at him. He goes back to working on the estimate while we finish watering our plants. When I catch him doing it again. This time mouth gapped just staring at my daughter. It really made me and my daughter very uncomfortable. But since he didn't actually do anything except creep a 9 year old child out by staring at her the way he was there's not a whole lot I can do. So I thought if I don't do anything else I can at least warn others. SoOo please, please, please use caution if you hire this guy and you have young girls there. I would hate to find out what he would have done had I not been right there.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 9 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 9, of which 3 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Montoya Roofing & Construction. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
