  Very inconsiderate. Disrespectful and blocked my driveway and I asked to see permit and he did not show it. I let him know there are large signs everywhere forbidding door knocking and soliciting and he refused to stop unless police stop him. I would never do business with them.

  Hi there, that's not the experience we want anyone to have, and blocking your driveway along with refusing to stop when asked is a serious issue on our end — not something we take lightly. We will certainly speak to the representative once more detail is provided. We're looking into the permit concern as well. The balance you referenced is related to an insurance claim payment that our records show was issued as part of the approved claim and owed toward the roof work. The insurance carrier and public adjuster are currently reviewing whether that payment was sent/received and properly applied, and we are cooperating fully to get this clarified.   Jon, thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for any confusion. The intake form was meant to help start the claim process, not a requirement for tarp placement. Due to the extent of the damage, we needed additional resources to ensure the job was done safely, which caused the delay. We appreciate your understanding.

  Huge thanks to Modern Roofing and especially Gina for the great work on my home! The whole process was smooth, easy, and better than I expected. I didn’t think I needed a new roof at first, but I’m so glad I went through with it. They offered great shingle options, were very professional, and made everything stress-free. Pricing was reasonable, and the financing options really helped. Bottom line—protect your home. It needs a fresh haircut too! 😄 Highly recommend!

  Cristopher came out for a roof inspection. He was friendly, courteous and exactly on time for the appointment. He explained everything about the state of my roof and even removed branches and leaves while he was up there. I could not ask for a more courteous and honest appraisal.

  I would just like to send a praise and special thank you to Gina with Modern Roofing. Gina is an amazing young woman who did a wonderful kindness for me by cleaning some build up of leaves off my gutters asking for nothing in return. I heard her talking to someone about a roofing situation that got my interest as I had another home in need of roof repair. She offered to go to another location to check it out for me right then, she gave me her assessment and recommendations and within the week was meeting with the insurance adjuster. She was well prepared for the meeting and did a great job working with insurance adjuster. She is very knowledgeable and went the distance to help us get approval from the insurance company. Thank you so much Gina! You’re just awesome and so glad you stopped and took care of the gutters!
