  *10.31.25 Update* We had our roof replaced in April and were initially very happy with the work and service - I even left a glowing review. However, we've since had a lien placed on our home because Absolute Roof and Home Solutions failed to pay their material supplier. This has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I hope they resolve this soon but home owners should be aware of potential financial complications. Shane was exceptionally helpful throughout this process! He assisted in working with our insurance company and provided professionalism and attention to detail. He communicated efficiently and addressed our concerns. We are very pleased with our roof, it looks amazing! We would recommend Absolute Roof and Home Solutions. Their team performed quality work and the project was completed as promised.

  I was given no estimate until they found out how much the insurance company would pay. Then I finally got an estimate. Once they finished the roof they ran off with the money and never finished the job. So if you want the job done incomplete and the roofer to rip you off these are the right guys to hire.

  After filing an insurance claim for hurricane storm damage to my roof, I called Absolute where I was put in contact with Shane. He was professional and responsive from the very first call and came out to assess the damage almost immediately. Shane handled my roof replacement from start to finish, which I believe made all the difference. What most impressed me was how Absolute handled our insurance claim. Our provider initially denied a full replacement, only offering to cover partial repairs. Absolute orchestrated the entire process, bringing in an adjustor to document the full extent of the damage and prove the replacement was necessary. Absolute’s expertise and persistence were the sole reasons the insurance company ended up approving the entire roof. The installation itself was seamless. The crew completed the entire tear-off and new installation in less than a day. They were efficient and left our property completely clean. The new roof looks great, and we've had no issues since. Having a single point of contact like Shane made the entire process feel like I was dealing with people and not a large corporation. If you want a roofing company that will advocate for you with insurance, ask for Shane at Absolute. They absolutely earned this 5-star review.

  Shane and Thadius were professional from the very beginning. Went above and beyond to make dealing with insurance a breeze. Their crews were also very professional and polite. Their work is impeccable. And respected our home and yard. Would highly recommend this company.

  Ken and absolute roof took care of the whole process with my insurance company to get me a new roof when mine had hail damage. The insurance company didn’t want to approve a claim but Ken and absolute roof battled with the insurance to get my claim approved. I’ll be recommending them to anyone I know that needs a roof replacement.

  Well well .As a home owner I must say every year around spring / summer time .Alot roofing companies try to win over your business if they see a worn & bad storm related shingles missing ...I gave up at one point because I couldn't afford the repair bill at the time ...One morning I open my door up to find Mr.Ken & his partner at my front door .I honestly wasn't trying to hear another potential sale plot ..So after listening to Ken, he guarantee i would get a new roof ,because they will fight my insurance company until the end ..Little did I know ,Ken spoke that into insistence..My heart drop when he told me they won over the insurance company and im getting a New roof ..The relief that came over me is beyond customer service ,I trusted Ken word and the warmth feeling of genuine service..Thank you ABSOLUTE Roofing for making me a believer .I am extremely blessed and happy with my new roof... Last but not least ,Ken explained detail by detail to ensure i had a full understanding as to what the process consist of ..I was nervous at first because I travel for a living and I wanted to be home to see the start to finish ..Unfortunately I wasn't able to make it home 😪 in time to see my roof being rip apart & restored ..Ken told me , well u do know you don't have to be present to have the job completed ...He was right !!!
