Modern Roofing & Associates

The only one or two-star review we hold for Modern Roofing & Associates.

I met with and talked to six different roofing companies. Andrew at Modern Roofing company came through as the most knowledgeable with the most hands on industry specific information. He knew so much more than all of the other people that it was very obvious that he knew what he was talking about. We got an excellent quote with excellent financing and we’re gonna sign with them soon. Recently had the switch to two stars due to lots of problems with the job. We’ll just have to see how things go if I’ll be able to add more stars.

Hi David would you please remove your review. There’s no Andrew working here! You were talking with someone from another company

Belatedly writing a positive review. In brief: responsive, competent, reasonably priced. Which puts them in the top 10% of Bay Area contractors. Definitely recommend.

I worked with Ivan to have a leak fixed on my roof. He was very quick and thorough. Where other companies quoted for very expensive repairs Modern Roofing was able to do a simple fix at a fraction of the price.

Ivan recently completed a roofing repair project for us, and we couldn't be happier with the results. He offered a competitive price, completed the job beautifully, and was a true professional throughout. Ivan's attention to detail and commitment to quality are impressive. We highly recommend him for any roofing needs. Thanks, Ivan, for a job well done!

Modern Roofing was a wonderful company to work with. I noticed some water coming through our upstairs ceiling. I called Modern Roofing from a personal referral and Ivan answered. He was super-friendly and came the same day to look at this issue. He was thorough and explained everything in detail including all my options. Price estimate was extremely reasonable especially in the Bay Area. Communication was superb throughout the process and Ivan was able to come have to the roof replaced within a week. The team arrived right on-time and were extremely diligent and professional throughout the repair process. Ivan texted me photos throughout the process to keep me updated which was fantastic. We had an issue with water pooling and a drain that was not working. At completion, he went through all the repairs and details thoroughly with me. Ivan showed me the issues causing the water pooling and how it was addressed including the drain fix. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Ivan and his team and Modern Roofing!
