This place is AWFUL. Their work is very low quality. We had a full roof replacement. They say they’ll do a daily walkthrough, but I only ever saw Fabian when he came to get his check. Meanwhile his guys blasted music and slept in our yard for lunch. They left my gutters and yard full of nails and trash. They got stucco and tar on my windows sills and walls. He told me the job was done but I had a list of 8 outstanding issues just like these (they addressed most of them, but it was basic stuff to begin with). And now the shingles are starting to fall off!!!

Unprofessional!! Trespassers!!! I didn't even get any work done. To start I had an appointment set up early morning. I got a call from Angel asking to reschedule for a later time between 12:30 to 1 pm. Without getting a call back and saying …

I wish I could give Central Roofing a zero star. Angel never finished the job when he re-roofed my house. Angel did not schedule a city inspector for the final approvals...... when I found that out it was too late because the permit had expired. I went to the city to reactivate the permit for final approvals and I had to pay $186.43. Now I am suing him at the small claims court.

We had a great experience working with Central Roofing Inc. They worked around my schedule, showed up on time and finished the job quickly. They replaced the majority of my roof, added gutter guards and replaced some old, rotting fascia. The quality of work was great and they communicated with me well throughout the process. Would highly recommend and will use them again the next time we need roofing help.

We contacted Central Roofing for an estimate on a new TPO roof for our home. Since this was a new roofing system for us, we had many questions and concerns. Central responded quickly, came out promptly for a free estimate, and provided a detailed proposal shortly afterward. Their pricing was very competitive. Fabian was especially helpful and highly professional in addressing my many questions about TPO roofing and the proper handling of our skylights. He was always responsive by email and phone and took the time to provide clear, thorough explanations. Although we ultimately decided to go with another roofer who had worked on our previous home, our interaction with Central—and Fabian in particular—was very positive and enjoyable, especially given how stressful this process can be. I would not hesitate to recommend Central Roofing and Fabian.

Central roofing is superb. The crew did a great job replacing my roof and gutters. The real highlight is communication, though. Any concerns or texts are responded to in a very timely manner. The hallmark of a business and person is how they deal with adversity. We had a more difficult inspection than expected; Fabian worked thru all these hoops and hurdles with us. Additionally, there was a slight leak through one of the exhaust pipes and this was addressed immediately by Central Roofing. Stuff happens with any job, the good contractors are those that are transparent, communicative, and really own the job. Great job, Central Roofing!
