  I am writing this review out of frustration. I worked with MLM for nearly 5 years, giving them my business loyalty for when it was time to replace my roof. When the time came, I was sold sheathing and was told that I would need it as there were many soft spots on the roof. When roof replacement day came, they ended up using 0 of the deck boards. Since I did not use a single board, I asked to speak to a manager. I have been ghosted ever since. Not even a call back! After 5 years of loyalty. Beyond mad. I feel I have been cheated and now disrespected.

We can confirm that no blockages were found in the gutters or downspouts, and there was no evidence that the roof installation contributed to the issues you’ve experienced. Our inspection found the gutters to be clear at the time of our visit. That said, we regret that our communication following the final payment did not reflect the high standards we strive to uphold.   I cannot tell you how exhausting it is to have these people knock on my door, several times a week, offering roof repairs. If I needed roof repairs, I would seek assistance myself! That’s what the internet is for! I am tired of MLM solicitors WHO HAVE A BLATANT DISREGARD FOR PRIVACY, AND RING MY DOORBELL MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY! Is there a list or something I can put my address on to make sure you people never come to my door again?

  After some unexpected roof damage in the latest big storm, the MLM team went right into action for me. MLM had installed my roof six years ago, and they treated me very well, from the online booking to scheduling to explaining repair and costs, to actually getting the work done. Mike Twining kept me informed the whole time, and the work was scheduled and performed easily as promised (including an awfully hot and humid day for his crew to do the work). Thanks as always, MLM!

  MLM replaced my roof in its entirety. I unfortunately had an old leaking skylight due to a bad storm after the install. Was able to contact my advisor who put me in touch with Mike Twining, who quickly dispatched the appropriate work crew to not only repair the skylight but also completely repair the interior damage caused by leak! Cannot say enough about the great service I received from Mike and his professional crew! Service after the sale.......hard to find these days, but MLM delivered!

  Our roof was done by MLM several years ago and noticed a few shingles had fallen due to recent inclement weather. We called and they kindly offered to repair them for us. It was very convenient and MLM is highly reliable with great customer service! -Joan McLeod

  We saw a stain in our ceiling of the kitchen within 4 years of replacing our roof by MLM It was addressed and repaired and followed up by painting the whole ceiling , also taking care of a preexisting issue in the ceiling. The painters did a great job, covering the entire surface and left the place clean, put back the furniture, rugs Appreciate Mr Mike Twining’s help in coordinating the work and making sure the workmen called us ahead with an eta of their arrival, and subsequent follow up
