Workers are good, customer service is appalling. Owner Capri Hrrison was not only rude belittling and condescending, but will also discuss your personal information with whomever she wants and I quote "I am the owner I can do whatever I want".

I was seeking a "tear down (old shingles) and new shingle and gutters installation" for a 2,400sf house. I spoke with Mrs Harrison, and she said that they would inspect the house, prepare a quote, and e-mail the quote. Within 2 days, I …

"I have had several roofs replaced by Harrison and Sons and they did an excellent job every time. (My roof, our pool house roof, and a friends roof). The pricing was very competitive as well. I highly recommend Harrison and Sons! "

Harrison & Sons has done a great job maintaining our very pitched main roof and flat roof on our porch, both asphalt, for the last 9.5 years. We will use them when it is time to for a new roof.

I've used this company for several properties I manage so it was a no brainer when I needed a new roof for my own house. Their quotes came in slightly higher than some others but I paid the extra because of their quality work and also they answer the phone when you call. I highly recommend them.
