  Professional, organized, and pleasant are adjectives used to describe Troy. Troy, initially, took photos of my roof, shared and explained areas to be addressed. Within a few days the Project Manager, Jordan, and the Keystone team of contractors were in place to evaluate the project. Arrival time was early and once sections were removed there was continuous conversations regarding deteriorations. Troy worked closely with contractors, venturing on the roof, taking photos, and continuously informing of the progress on a regular basis. Neighbors, my church family, and I as well, truly love the end results. The color design of the roof blends very well with my shutters. The gutter installation was top notch as well. Thank you so much for your excellent work ethics and friendly attitudes when addressing various issues/concerns. Siding installation will be my next project, and guess who I will be contacting. Thanks so much!!!

  Wil was fantastic! He took the time to explain and show me in ways that a person who doesn’t know roofs can understand. He work with my insurance company and Keystone honor their estimate. Big relief financially 😊. The crew arrive early on the day of install and worked tirelessly throughout the entire day ensuring that it was completed in one day. Wil was there ensuring that the crew was hydrated and keeping me informed throughout the day. When install was complete Wil sent me pictures from the drone cam. I am extremely pleased with Keystone and Wil for making a stressful situation a lot less stressful. They were Awesome! 😊

  They were prompt and professional. Worked quickly and efficiently with my insurance provider. They were clear with their pricing and options and inline with insurance estimates. Scheduling and completion were quick. The work, property protection, and cleanup were done well. Follow-up on questions and concerns was great. And final invoicing and close out with the insurance company was great as well. Highly recommend.

  We were extremely impressed with the skill and professionalism of the services provided by Keystone Building and Restoratio, LLC. A special appreciation to Victor Rivera. Victor was very responsive, follow up promptly to every details, communicated clearly and politely. The team arrived sharp on time on the appointment day. It was a very hot day, they worked very hard and had the job done in 1 day. The supervisor monitored the whole work process and the cleaned up of all debris afterwards. Victor did an extra miles to stay late after the clean up and make sure the outside of our house was exactly as it should be before the job. We are very pleased with our new roof as well as the professionalism. Victor Rivera was a star in this project. Thank you Victor for your dedication to help us completed the roof project!!
