  Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this company. I have so many seams on my house and ironically, they are all in the back in conversation with the owner trying to explain to me that that’s the way it is no I’m sorry that is the way it is when you cut and piece things together anyone that would love to look at my house, I will give you my address You can come see it anytime. as far as the workers they did a great job with the rest but did not shut my gate not one day they were here even after explaining to the owner, how important it is for them to shut my gate at the end of the day they still did not shut my gate. I thought I was going with a company that was near to where I have lived all my life and thought I was doing a good thing, but I guess those things don’t matter anymore. It just means don’t trust anybody. So as far as recommending this company, I would have to say no. not here to Bash a company but no one would want the back of your house to look like mine. I hope if you choose this company you don’t end up feeling like I do about my house ☹️

  The woman who answers the phone is rude and not helpful. Asked several times to just talk to the guy who does the roofs and she refused. I got a quote 2 years ago and simply wanted an updated quote. Do yourself a favor and don’t call!

  Patrick, thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that your experience was frustrating. Your original estimate was completed approximately two years ago and included pricing for the roof replacement as well as additional pricing for plywood replacement if needed. Based on the inspection at that time, only a limited area appeared to require attention. Since conditions can change over time, and you mentioned there may now be more extensive deterioration, the scope of work may be significantly different than originally discussed. If plywood throughout the structure is now affected, additional hidden conditions could exist that may require further review before providing an accurate price. Our goal is always to provide homeowners with realistic and accurate information rather than a number that could later change unexpectedly. I spend much of my time in the field inspecting projects and helping homeowners directly, and our office works to coordinate those requests as efficiently as possible.   I can’t imagine a worse experience. What was quoted as a two week project got dragged out for 8 months. Every part of the job that was started got delayed because they ordered incorrect or insufficient materials. There was no communication through out the project. If we didn’t chase them down for information they wouldn’t provide it. They were unprofessional, disrespectful and clearly amateurs at what they do. Trash and building materials were left inside my home for months. My house was left exposed to the elements for several months (because they started a job not realizing they didn’t have the right materials). My basement was flooded due to their negligence causing thousands of dollars worth of damage. Everywhere I turn I find more poor craftsmanship. I would avoid this company at all costs. Edit: business claims they couldn’t get accurate measurements due to COVID. This is false- they had full access to the property inside and out and failed to take measurements prior to ordering materials. In addition, ground level windows that were ordered were the wrong size as well. Work began prior to verification leaving the home exposed for several months due to supply chain issues. Both exterior doors needed to be replaced multiple times due inaccuracies as well. The companies failure to accept responsibility for these errors is further evidence as to why they should not be trusted.

  We appreciate you taking the time to let us know how you feel. We apologize for the issues that you experienced during the installation of your windows. Due to Covid, we were unable to enter the house to take accurate interior measurements. Unfortunately, the measurements that we received were not precise and as a result, some of the windows had to be reordered. The supply chain issues that we all experienced resulted in very long delays that we obviously had no control over. We do apologize and wish you well.

  This was 2nd roof with MJT over my shop and side shed, 1,078 sq ft. Once again, the workmanship was excellent and materials were the best. MJT will give you a fair and honest price for expert workmanship that will last, no leaks, no call backs, just a great job.

  The initial inspection of my roof was more thorough than of the other contractors who inspected it. Before leaving, Manny explained all the problems he noted and how he would address them. He gave us a verbal estimate and followed up with a detailed written estimate which included all he had noted and addressed verbally. The cost was the same as his verbal estimate. Installation took place on the date and time as scheduled. The workers were neat, courteous and professional. They answered questions asked and completed the job in one day. They left my property as they had found it...neat and clean. All that was set out in the written estimate was completed as described. It was a pleasure dealing with this company. I would recommend MJT without reservation.
