Dear Michael Joslin, We want to sincerely apologize if there was any confusion. We received your call and we're onsite with in a 5 days. Tim fixed the boot that we were called to fix. While leaving you showed and discussed a leak with him. Tim explained clearly that he didn't have time in the schedule to take on this project. He further said the only time we could attempt to tackle the project would be when doing a roof next door. That roof is scheduled for this spring. I hope this jogs your memory. If you have any questions please call.

CB roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. Our shrubs were well protected from any damage and they left no signs of any debris anywhere. I would highly recommend this company to any homeowner looking for a top quality roofing job. Thank you to Tim Cote and his crew for the exceptional work they performed.

Tim and his team did an outstanding job on our roof!! We are very happy with the results and the process. What stood out most to me was Tim’s integrity—he’s honest, straightforward, and easy to work with. He was never pushy and showed genuine respect for other contractors, which made the decision process to us feel comfortable and pressure-free. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden fees. It was clear throughout the process that Tim and his whole team are hard workers who take pride in their work and genuinely care about doing the job right while treating our home with respect. I would recommend them wholeheartedly and use their services again if needed in the future.

We bought 3 roofs from Tim & his business summer of 2021. One for my dad. One for my office and one for my home. My dad was impressed when the hard working crew: Started work early, were busy bees getting the tasks done and THEN.... They …

Terrific job. Removed old roof and installed new one in 1 day. Friendly staff and crew. Constantly cleaning up during the day to limit debris including nails from old roof. To prevent damage to house & gardens they covered sides of house and bushes to prevent damage. Couldn’t be happier with the results and CB Roofing.

Had the roof done back in July, 2021 - holding up great and they were reasonably priced and got the job done quickly. Only needed the top portion done as the lower portion wasn't needing it then.

Although they were not the lowest quote I received, the others left a lot of open room for overruns and intended to take out the ceiling in the room below. Tim took another approach and intended to have a look from above and let me know if there was structural damage in need of immediate repair and he was true to his quote. This saved me the cost of taking out a plaster ceiling while fixing the leaking issue from above with a beautiful new roof. The work crew was fast and very professional, replacing roofs on 2 extensions in 2 days. There was a small mix-up on roof color, but they gave me a credit for the inconvenience. Communication was challenging at times, but they held to their timelines during a busy season. UPDATE: Roof is fine but damaged by my son. I have called them for follow-up service and after 5 months, I'm still chasing them. No shows for a scheduled service. Unfortunate. Lowering my rating for lack of commitment to customers after installation. 2nd Update: I confirm the roof has been repaired to my satisfaction and at no charge to me. Thank you.
