  After the last heavy rains in Freehold, we noticed water getting in around the roof vent area and pooling above the microwave. Our roof was still fairly new, so we called for a roofing inspection. Bradley came out, found that the flashing and shingles around that section were not installed well enough, and took care of the repair right away at no charge. He explained the problem clearly, walked us through the roofing work, and made sure the area was sealed up properly. The service was prompt, professional, and very helpful. We were very pleased with the repair and would definitely recommend them for any roof leak, flashing, or shingle needs.

  Miller & Sons Roofing & Remodeling has been a great partner for our high-rise condo property in Freehold. As a building manager, it is not easy to find a roofing contractor willing to handle a roof more than 20 stories up, but they took on the project with confidence and did excellent work from start to finish. They repaired and resealed the roofing system, addressed a planter leak that had been causing water to get into the garage, and also cleaned up rust and painted the support structure for our rooftop water towers. Jonah and Bradley were professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the job. For anyone in the HOA industry who needs dependable commercial roofing help, they are a trusted team and a real asset. I would gladly work with them again.

  After a bad experience before with storm-chaser roofers and another contractor doing poor work on my barn roof, I took more time to research roofing companies online. I narrowed it down to three roofing contractors and made a few calls. Bradley got back to me the same day, came out to inspect my roof, and explained the whole roofing process clearly in simple terms. He was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. The other companies were also quick to come out, but I chose this roofer because of the strong reputation and the way Bradley handled everything from the roof inspection to the final details. The crew completed my roof, barn roof, skylights, and gutters with care, and the workmanship looks solid and clean. Everything was finished thoroughly, and the whole project turned out great.

  i used a local roofing company before on another house, so when a few shingles came loose on this home, i called them again. They came out twice for small roof repairs and did not charge for either visit, which left a strong impression on me. When it was time for a full roof replacement in the fall, they were the first roofer i contacted for an estimate. Once again, the experience was excellent. bradley was great to work with, and the roofing quote was in line with other local estimates we received. He kept us informed from start to finish, explained the roofing process clearly, and was flexible with scheduling so everything fit our routine. The install crew was friendly, respectful, and very professional. They showed up early on installation day, started right away, and took great care around our landscaping, plants, and patio furniture. Even with a supply delay, the roofing team stayed focused and worked hard to keep the project moving. The job foreman checked in several times during the day, which gave us confidence that the roof install was being handled the right way. By the time they finished, the property was cleaned up extremely well and everything was put back in place. There was a small mix-up in the work order related to the gutters, but it was corrected quickly and without any hassle. A follow-up roof inspection was done shortly after the job to make sure we were happy with the workmanship, and bradley also stopped back later to check in. That extra communication meant a lot. They also worked directly with our insurance company, which made the entire roofing project much easier and kept us from having to manage all the details ourselves.   This roofing company did my roof, and years later when I had a small leak in my garage, they responded fast and repaired it the right way. Later on, I had another leak near my office room, and once again the roofer came out quickly and fixed it perfectly. Even during heavy rain and rough weather in Freehold, they stayed focused on stopping the leak and protecting my home. The whole process was simple and stress free. They asked only for the needed details, showed up promptly, and got the roofing repair done without any runaround or wasted time.   Every now and then you really click with a contractor, and that was our experience with Miller & Sons Roofing & Remodeling. We first met Bradley while getting estimates for a metal roof, and he was calm, straightforward, and honest about the roofing process. He explained the different metal roofing options in simple terms, answered every question clearly, and helped us understand what would work best for our home. We also appreciated that there was never any sales pressure, just helpful guidance and solid roofing knowledge. While we were away, Jonah, the project lead, called to check if we were ready to move ahead with the roof installation. We were pleasantly surprised by how quickly everything was scheduled compared to the longer timeline we expected. Jonah and the crew were professional, respectful, and very careful around our landscaping and property.   Miller & Sons Roofing & Remodeling installed our roof when the house was built, though I did not realize that at first. While the crew was working on another home across the street in Freehold, Jonah came over and pointed out a roofing issue they noticed on our house. A shingle at a steep transition where the asphalt roof meets the metal roofing looked like it had been knocked loose by a tree branch during a recent storm. He said he would come back and fix it, and he did as a warranty repair. They took care of it quickly, explained the problem clearly, and showed real attention to detail. It is hard to say enough about that level of follow up, honesty, and customer service.

  Not all roofers are equal. Some low-price bids may finish the job, but only for a short time, and the materials often do not hold up as well. After comparing estimates, I chose Miller & Sons Roofing & Remodeling because the shingle quality, warranty, and full roofing system made much more sense for long-term value. I upgraded the old roof with Owens Corning Duration shingles in the Teak color, and the finished roof looks excellent. The trim, vents, flashing, and other roofing details were color matched, which gave the whole installation a clean, sharp, and professional appearance. The crew paid attention to workmanship, and everything was installed neatly. These shingles also offer a limited lifetime warranty and strong wind protection up to 130 MPH, which gave me extra confidence in the investment. It is clear that better roofing materials and skilled installation are worth it. Even though I do not expect to need another roof for a long time, I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof replacement or roof repair.

  jonah was very quick to respond to my request for roof repair over a holiday weekend. he showed up on time, guided bradley clearly, and handled the roofing work with real skill and experience. it was easy to see he knows roofing systems well and cares a lot about doing quality work and protecting the home. the repair was finished promptly, and he also took time to answer questions about another part of the house, which was very helpful. i especially liked that he used a drone to capture clear aerial images of the roof. it made it much easier to understand the roof condition, see problem areas, and review what repairs were needed. i would definitely recommend this roofing team to anyone in freehold looking for dependable roof service, honest communication, and professional workmanship.

  Best roofing crew I’ve worked with. They were fast to reply to every call and message, and the estimate for the roof replacement came over quickly. The job was handled efficiently, and they worked around my business hours so the new roof could be finished over the weekend with very little disruption. They also came back later when a tenant noticed water near the AC line, just to confirm the issue was not coming from the roofing system.   What a great roofing company. After several strong storms, part of our ceiling came down because of an old roof leak, and we were very stressed. The crew came out, put a tarp on the damaged roof, cleaned up the area, and got everything dried in until the rain passed. They explained the roof damage in simple terms, acted fast, and made the whole emergency roofing process much easier for us.
