JVW Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for JVW Roofing.

My grandmother purchased a house this company had replaced the roof on in 2016. I have to make this review because of her age, she isn’t able to use the internet well. Her entire ceiling is covered in water damage in the past two months. This roofing company has been trouble. They claim the water damage is only condensation! It’s the entire roof. The ceiling is bowing in the living room around a lamp- he said it was something to do with wind. First he claimed his staff looked at it and they said there’s no issues. We didn’t even know they came! This is an elderly woman. Then he came himself with a barrage of excuses when she pressed him to look himself. No accountability. Poor communication- he missed an appointment. Failure five years later! No offer of warranty coverage or repairs. Poor quality. A new roofer is coming through and we will be taking this company to small claims after the repairs are completed. Feel free to respond if you’d like to attempt to repair this relationship, Mr. Williams.

Replaced roof and gutters with JVW Roofing. They installed Timberline HDZ shingles (Mission Brown). From start to finish, we are very happy with the professional service and workmanship.

I called on a Friday and sent a picture of a part of the flashing that fell down off my roof and they gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone. They came out promptly the next day on a Saturday and repaired the roof. I am extremely happy with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for roof repairs.
