Milano replaced our shingles 3 years ago on our 100+ year old house. Everything seemed fine until we did a gut reno job this year on the inside that revealed multiple large gapped areas in the roof that were not covered with plywood and not …

Hi Lisa, Thank you for your feedback. We were surprised to learn of your concerns, as the roof has performed without issue for the past three years. Once notified, we promptly attended the property to investigate and discuss a solution. Unfortunately, during the renovation process, a new skylight had already been installed in the area where the concerns were identified, which limited our ability to fully inspect and address the original condition. We take customer concerns seriously and have always been willing to work with you to better understand the situation. We appreciate your acknowledgment of our responsiveness and efforts to investigate. I'm glad you acknowledged our willingness to fix the issue – Rodrigo, Milano Roofing & Construction

Employees are Disrespectful. They were driving a company truck at gas station. These people represent the company when driving truck.

New drivers that don't respect peoples lawns, they've been driving all over the place leaving tire marks on all of our new freshly grown lawns

Writing negative reviews based on wrong information on all platforms is bullying without giving the business owner the opportunity to rectify the situation. Our employees are highly experienced drivers and our reputation in resolving occasional mishaps preceeds us. However, you would not know that since you did not give us that opportunity. As a small business owner yourself, you could have conducted yourself differently. I apologize for your negative experience with Milano.

I've been working with this company since December. I hired them to replace the roof for a property i own, till this day my roof is still unfinished. Every time I ask what's going on I get a different excuse. I've paid them over 6000 dollars for an unfinished roof and broken promises. I feel like because I'm not local they are using that as a reason to jerk me around. IF YOU ARE A NOT LOCAL DO NOT USE HIS SERVICE HIRE SOMEONE ELSE!!!

We have been using Milano Roofing for many years . Rodrigo and his team are professional, punctual, and highly skilled. The communication is excellent and they kept us updated every step of the way and answered all of our questions thoroughly. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it really shows in the final result. What really stood out to me was their honesty and transparency. There were no hidden fees, and the project was completed on time and within the quoted budget. I highly recommend Milano Roofing to anyone in need of roofing services. Celia and Jorge

I recently hired Milano Roofing for a full roof replacement on my home, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the initial quote to the final cleanup, the team was professional, friendly, and highly skilled. They showed up on time each day, kept me informed throughout the project, and finished right on schedule. The quality of their workmanship is top-notch—our new roof looks fantastic and has already held up great through heavy rain. What really stood out was how clean they left the job site—no nails or debris left behind, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Milano Roofing to anyone needing roofing work. We called about some small damage on the roof of our rental property. Rodrigo arranged to have it checked out and well-repaired within a couple of days, all the while keeping us in the loop. A big relief for us to have had such good service when we are living out of town!

I cannot say enough about the extraordinaire workmanship of the Milano Roofing team that came to do the aluminum capping around the windows of my century home. They were impeccably clean - with not one piece of metal or debris on my property! I have never come across a crew with such outstanding morale, kindness and consideration. The owner of the company, Rodrigo, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I have never come across a contracting company run with such high level of integrity, professionalism and overall care for the client and their home! Milano roofing is the ONLY choice in my books! Highly recommend!!!!

Thank you Rodrigo and everyone at Milano Roofing & Construction. They did a great job installing new shingles on my roof this past week. Rodrigo is very professional and delivers, the onsite team were very respectful to the adjoining properties and the cleanup afterwards was excellent. I will be recommending Milano to everyone, if you have roofing needs this is the only place to call.
