I reached out to this company regarding a quote for water coming through my bathroom exhaust fan. I promptly received a call back from Sebastian. He was able to come out to assess what was happening. He provided pictures and a reasonable estimate for the repair. Not long after I accepted the estimate, Sebastian scheduled a date and time for him and his team to come and repair my roof. They were professional, explained the process, and showed before and after pictures of the repair. I would definitely call them for any future roof repairs.

Midwest Modern Exterior (MME) recently completed my house roof. The are a very professional roofing company that help me and walk me alone the whole process. The roof replacement was a smooth, efficient and they even upgraded the panels to meet the building code compliance. They also recommended a Level 3 impact resistance certified material that would lower my insurance premium. Part of the project also includes replacement of the garage door too. Now some of my family members and neighbors are using MME for their roofing. We are extremely satisfied with the Midwest Modern Exterior performance on this project. 👏

Sebastian was very responsive and clear communication on dates and times. The repair was done quickly and with progress pictures of their work as well. Went out of their way to seal an additional crack on my plumbing vent as well. Would recommend to any family or friends.

Steve , Sebastian and Midwest modern exteriors are great . If it’s fixing a leak on the roof , installing fascia , taking out an attic fan or putting new siding / roof on they are great to work with. Always on time and do a wonderful job
