Metro Roofing Scarborough

The only one or two-star review we hold for Metro Roofing Scarborough.

Unfortunately very disappointed. We called them and got a quote for $750 for them to nail down loose shingles, replaces missing sheets of shingles that had flown off, check the caulking around the vents and overall just check that everything was good. A month later we notice the sheet right above the one that was replaced flapping in the wind. When we called to ask if they could come and fix it they claimed their ladders were not long enough and the environment was unsafe so they would not be coming back. We now have to hire someone else to come finish the job they did not do properly the first time. They also threatened us with their lawyer should we post a fraudulent review. Lovely company to deal with.

Called Tony, asked him if he is doing repair on roof shingles. He said yes. We talk about the job to do and cost. He said he will be in an hour and he came to my house less than estimated time. Did the roof in no time. Good job. Thanks Tony

Tony was awesome. He quickly responded to my call, and serviced our roofing needs the following day. While our job was small, and there is a minimum price, Tony was up front and honest. I will call him again if the wind blows off more shingles!

Finding reliable folks to help with anything is rare, but Tony was great. We had a new townhome balcony that needed to be assessed, and Tony had excellent bedside manner, communication, and expertise. While the cost for an assessment and report was pricey, it gave me the reassurance I needed.
