We were looking to have the roof replaced, and Considering this company had so many good reviews, we thought we’d give them a try! Unfortunately the person who showed up, (after rescheduling several different times) refused to provide anything in writing and provide the photos taken unless we paid 250$ for the quote, and guaranteed them the job. Even though the first thing on the website is “request a FREE quote”. Unfortunate, but the lack of Professionalism, and consistency says a lot about the company overall.

No regards for peoples time. Waited multiple hours on more than one occasion for them to come check out and fix a leaky roof. “On the way” for 3 hours one day. …

After reading the reviews, I had Darwin in to address the leak coming through my kitchen wall around and outdoor chimney. He was very nice and worked on the flashing around the chimney and came back when the problem persisted. I finally contacted the insurance company and they sent a roofing specialist who said the job was done wrong. Had a second roofer come in and they said the same thing. Darwin did not come back.

We had set-up an appointment for 10am the following morning and no one showed. We called and texted and never heard from them again, waited until 11:30 and went to work. Disappointed due to the good reviews online.

Hi Sorry to hear that but I checked the calendar and at that day and time there was no such an appointment. Also, I have checked the call log list and text messages which shows no contact at that specific time. We are highly committed to our promises and delivering best customer service. There is another similar company in Missisauga AZ Roofer Inc which is not us, probably you have mistaken us with them.

This company promised a lot and delivered little. The work was of poor quality and not properly done. They left opening in our roof and when we complained they tried to tell us it would cost extra. They promised to come back to fix their poor work and clean up their mess (shingles, nails and other debris) and they were no shows. I would not recommend this company.

Hi E c, let me clear few things and than people can judge. It is not fair that you raise doubt in our customers mind with fake ID. I’m 100% sure that your ID is fake because we have never left a single roof open or asked a customer to pay extra. We always answer the phone calls and do not leave a job site unclean or unfinished. If we would do such a poor work we wouldn’t be in business for so long. Also, we do not subcontract our work like other companies. As a family business we always respect and value our clients and work. If you have any concern call us 4162550000 or email us info@azroofing.ca

I had our main roof and flat roof changed by AZ roofing.just May 2019. Zac said I can call them if I have problem ,which I did because the flat roof always had the water stayed everytime it was raining .I call him twice and he said he will come but he didn't . so my husband just try to fix it himself beacuse i think the job is already done so they don'y do a follow up even you call them when there's a problem . I'm not satisfied with there job. I hope other people won't have any problem with them .

We had some roof damage from raccoons, and some of the wood underneath was rotten as well. AZ Roofing did a great job fixing everything, reinforcing the roof, sealing up potential leaks, and replacing our old damaged plastic vents with steel ones. They were professional, friendly, and got the whole job done really quickly. We’re very happy with the work and with our experience working with them. Would definitely recommend AZ Roofing.

Our roof shingles flew off during the strong wind the other night, and they came early in the morning to fix the damage. They also gave us a very good price. Highly recommended!

Highly Recommend Darwin for Roofing Jobs This is the second time I’ve called on Darwin to inspect my roof and replace missing shingles, and once again, he delivered exceptional service. His response was prompt, his rates were very reasonable, and his honesty truly stood out. While someone else had advised me to replace all the shingles immediately, Darwin took the time to thoroughly assess the condition of my roof. He confidently assured me that the shingles were still in good shape and wouldn’t need replacing for a few more years. His sincerity and expertise saved me from a major expense—especially meaningful during a financially challenging time. If you’re looking for someone reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely trustworthy for any roofing job, Darwin is the one to call.
