  This company won’t provide insurance and without having proof of insurance, if they get hurt while working on your roof, a homeowner can potential be sued which is a dangerous predicament. I recommend that this company provide home owners with insurance. I felt the owner brushed me off and my concerns and told me to “shop around” which comes across as rude and dismissive

  I recently hired Master Roof Repair to fix a leak in my roof. At first, I was happy with the work they did, but unfortunately, the problem returned soon after. When I reached out to them again, they were unresponsive and eventually told me that there is no guarantee for their work. While I'm disappointed with the outcome of my experience, I believe that this could be an opportunity for Master Roof Repair to improve their customer service and quality of work. It's important for any business to stand behind their work and be responsive to their customers, especially when there are issues. Unfortunately, in my case, I did not receive the level of service I was hoping for. I hope that Master Roof Repair takes this feedback seriously and works to improve their processes and communication with customers in the future.

I had reached out to your company, specifically to Jay, to have a new roof installed on my property. Unfortunately, my experience with your services has been nothing short of a complete letdown. To begin with, the process took an exceptionally long time to initiate. I understand that businesses can sometimes face high demand, but the delay in getting the work started was unacceptable. It seemed as if my project was not a priority or that your team was overwhelmed with other commitments. This lack of efficiency left me feeling incredibly frustrated. Moreover, when the work was finally completed, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the roof installation. It was evident that corners were cut and attention to detail was lacking. The overall craftsmanship did not meet the standards I had expected from a reputable roofing company like yours. This subpar workmanship reflects poorly on your professionalism and reputation.   I hired Master Roof Repair roofing contractor to replace my old roof, but I was extremely disappointed with the quality of their work. The products they used were substandard, and the roof started leaking just a few weeks after the installation. When I contacted them to fix the issue, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. I am very dissatisfied with their service and would not recommend this contractor to anyone. It was a waste of my time and money, and I had to hire another contractor to fix their shoddy work.

  I bought a house at ellesmere and kennedy in Scarborough and there was some issues with the roof so I was looking for a local roofing contractor to fix the leak found Master Roof Repair nearby and called Jay. He charged us $1500 to fix the problem. Just after a week the problem was the same. Called Jay that it is leaking again he said, there is no warranty on repair. I wonder how this company has high rating with this kind of customer service. I don't recommend this company it is rip off.

  I recently had the misfortune of working with Master Roof Repair for some needed repairs to my roof. From the start, I was not impressed with their customer service. The initial quote was significantly higher than other quotes I received, and upon completion of the job, I was shocked to see hidden fees on the final bill. The worst part, however, was the poor quality of the work. It was clear that the team at Master Roof Repair prioritized making a profit over providing high-quality services. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience and would not recommend Master Roof Repair to anyone. Avoid this company at all costs. Poor service and poor quality work.

  We called Master Roof Repair after noticing a small leak following a heavy rainstorm. We weren’t sure where it was coming from, but Jay came out the very same day, quickly identified the problem, and thankfully, it turned out to be a minor issue that he was able to fix right away. We were very impressed with the prompt service, expertise, professionalism, and friendly approach. It was a pleasure dealing with Jay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use Master Roof Repair again in the future!

  Our roof needed some repair work from a leak we observed. Jay was very quick to respond to our call and was very transparent regarding the process. He arrived at the job site on time and carried out the work to our satisfaction. Highly recommend using their services for any roof repair work.

  Our roof needed repairs after multiple storms and raccoon damage, and Jay was quick to respond. He and his team did an excellent job replacing the roof, offering a wide selection of shingles. It's clear that he and his team take great pride in their work—the roof looks fantastic. The workers were diligent and left no debris behind.   We called Jay at Master Roof Repair to help create an opening in our newly replaced soffits when the original company who did the job did not come to help in time. We have an older home, our soffits were quite warped at the time of replacing. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize there was a live bird’s nest inside so when the replacement was done we unintentionally closed off access to the nest. When we became aware of the issue, we contacted the initial contractor and asked if they could remove part of the soffit to create an opening for the birds as advised by a wildlife removal service. Unfortunately the contractor was not as responsive as we hoped. After multiple calls back and forth we lost hope they would come by which then led us to find Master Roof Repair online. We contacted Jay and right from the outset he was very patient and attentive. He listened to our ordeal and advised he would call us back. Jay contacted an individual familiar with birds to see how long baby birds could survive without their parents. He then called back and relayed the information to us. It was advised we create an opening within 24 hours. Our contractor did eventually call back the same evening, he promised to send someone the following morning. I relayed this information to Jay and he mentioned if, for whatever reason, no one showed up to contact him again and he could be by to help. Fast forward to the morning, no one from the contractor’s team comes by and again after numerous calls back and forth we give up and contact Jay. Jay was able to come by in 30 minutes. Once he arrived, he quickly removed the area of the soffit blocking the nest and within a few minutes the adult birds were reunited with their little ones. Jay also kindly gave us the contact information of a retired individual who makes bird houses by hand! My family is hopeful we can have some bird houses around our property to prevent this issue in the future. Jay was so helpful during a time we really needed quick acti

  I reached out to Master Roof Repair to fix a shingle that was damaged. They were prompt in responding to my service request and on the day scheduled. After repair done, the roof was inspected and another issue was corrected, this provided peace of mind. I will reach out to them in the future if service is again required.
