They are working in my neighbors house. They used a leave blower to fill my truck, car port, and eventually my patio with Styrofoam and roof debris. I cleaned foam from 6 neighbors yards. They didn't protect the AC on my neighbors house and everytime it turned on screws and materials shot all over. I had three screws in my truck tire, including one puncture. The roof looks like a 6 year old did it. Not once was anything taken care of. Don't use these people!

We recently got quotes from 5 different companies. Metro was the most professional and responsive which is why we ultimately selected them to do our roof. Everyone we came in contact with was a pleasure to work with, especially Becky S! So knowledgeable with a customer first approach! Would highly recommend!

Nice balance of professionalism & personalization. Conner is very accommodating, respectful and managed expectations exceptionally well as I was assisting an elderly widowed friend through the whole process of her roof replacement. Would I hire Metro again? For sure! Would I refer them? Yes, I already have to 2 others and the Permit just finaled today :) keep up the excellent customer service and workmanship Team Metro!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience and couldn’t be happier with the service. Connor Price was wonderful to work with—professional, responsive, flexible, and excellent with communication throughout the entire process. The pricing was very reasonable, and the roofing crew was professional, courteous, and did a great job. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would highly recommend Connor and his team to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and reasonably priced roofing company!

Conner was excellent. He was knowledgeable and patient in explaining the details that we needed to know concerning the flat roof repairs, gutters, shingles and tiles. He was confident in picking up the phone and contacting a supervisor for further clarification on any additional questions that we raised as well. We would highly recommend Conner to any potential customers.

I can’t say enough about the service and professionalism of Metro Builders. The Metal roof of my office building was severely damaged during hurricane Milton. Metro Builders were out THE NEXT DAY, stabilizing the building and replaced the entire roof within TWO WEEKS!!! They worked around an operating business seamlessly, without causing any issues, whatsoever. After completing the roof, they took care of any interior issues and made sure the job was completed. I recommend them fully to do an excellent job, respond quickly, and always, always, returns your calls.
