Hi Thien, please check the mailbox for the property the work was completed.......it was hand delivered to ensure no issues this time. _______________________________UPDATE________________________________ Thank you for sharing your feedback. We were surprised and a bit disheartened to see your review, as we always strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. Regarding the late fee, once we noticed your payment, Logan promptly submitted a reimbursement request to the AR Department, and he communicated that update directly with you via text. A refund check was then mailed to the property where the work was completed. If the check didn’t reach you or if it got lost in the shuffle, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to issue another one. We truly value your feedback and are committed to addressing any concerns you may have. We hope you’ll reconsider your impression of us and give us the opportunity to resolve this matter to your satisfaction.
