The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

Really disappointed in Dan. I have a leak in my roof and he quickly came to look at it which was great. Said he can start on Monday once he comes back from holidays. I texted him to follow up a couple of times he never responded. A few days …

Reply from the business
I was on vacation that you were aware of . I did not carry my business ph. With me. You knew your roof was leaking months before and did nothing to have it look at as per your tenants. They have been waiting for you to take action . Slum landlord are slow to respond to request from tenants. I did not feel that I could trust that landlord. This is not one of my roofs it was done by someone else years ago.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 7 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 7, of which 3 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Metal Roofs Sudbury. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
