I had a full roof replacement done years ago, and more recently I noticed rainwater getting behind the gutters along one edge of the roof. I called to ask if someone could inspect it, explain the issue, and let me know what the repair might cost. Roger came out, checked the roofing and gutter area carefully, and explained that there seemed to be an installation problem. Not long after that, Jared arrived to handle the roof repair. He worked through the day fixing the problem, adjusting the affected roofing section and making sure the water would drain properly into the gutters. The repair was completed at no charge, which was a very pleasant surprise. Since then, even after strong rain, the issue has been fully resolved. The roof and gutter system are now working the way they should, with no water getting behind the gutters. I really appreciated the honest inspection, skilled roofing work, and outstanding customer care. This was service far beyond what I expected.

Our roof replacement was finished in just one day, and on the next day Frederick returned to inspect everything closely and handle a few final touch-ups. The roofing crew was professional, careful, and easy to work with throughout the whole project. They protected the landscaping, kept the flower beds safe, and did a thorough cleanup before leaving, even picking up stray debris near the neighboring properties. The flashing work around the roof details was especially impressive and looked even better than the previous installation. The new roof has a clean, sharp look and really stands out in a great way compared to the other darker roofs nearby. You can tell the materials and workmanship were solid, and the whole process felt organized from start to finish. Very satisfied with the quality, service, and the finished roof.

Roger and his crew at company: Velvion VelvionRoofing did an excellent job on my roof. The price was better than the other quotes I compared, and after checking several roofing companies, this one gave me the best value for the work. Two friends had also used them for roof replacement and were very pleased, which gave me extra confidence. I was on a tight deadline because my insurance company wanted my older shingles replaced soon, and the team moved fast. They completed the roofing job even earlier than expected, which really helped reduce stress. The crew kept the property clean during the project and did a solid cleanup when everything was done. Roger and the team also improved the roof-to-wall attachments by adding an extra nail, which may help with insurance savings and added peace of mind. In a place like Los Angeles, where strong sun and heat can wear down older roofing materials, it was important for me to get a dependable roof installed quickly and correctly. I highly recommend them for anyone needing quality roofing work, fair pricing, and professional service.
