This was one of the easiest roofing jobs I have ever handled. After my claim for roof and gutter work was approved, I reached out to a local roofing contractor. A few days later I met with Ezekiel, the project manager, and he took time to explain the full roofing process, answer every question, and offer helpful suggestions for the job. He even came back the next day to go over everything again with my wife so we both felt comfortable with the plan. Ezekiel also helped coordinate tree trimming for a large oak near the front of the house so the roofing crew could safely access the work area. Once that was taken care of, the roofing materials were delivered, the dumpster arrived right after, and the crew got started early and worked hard all day. The gutter installation was completed soon after, and the final quality check wrapped everything up smoothly. The whole team was professional, organized, and easy to work with. They clearly care about the roof system, the gutter work, job site safety, cleanup, and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Ezekiel and the roofing crew for anyone needing roof replacement or gutter services.

So now we are the happy owners of a new metal roof, and the whole roofing process turned out better than expected. If you are checking reviews to learn what this roofer is like, they are the real deal. We worked with cory, and she was great …

we’ve used this roofing and gutter team on two homes, and they’ve been easy to work with every time. their pricing was fair, the roof drainage materials and gutter product have performed just as expected, and when a screw came loose after strong wind and rain, cory came out quickly and tightened it without any trouble. what stood out most was how simple they made the whole process. they helped organize the paperwork for our HOA approval, which made the roofing and gutter project move along smoothly. the billing system was also very convenient and secure, so i didn’t have to hand over a card, check, or cash. ezekiel and roman made the experience feel straightforward, professional, and stress free from start to finish.

They replaced my dad’s roof and he is extremely happy with the results. Ezekiel and Roman were very responsive, easy to reach, and always ready to answer any questions or concerns he had during the roofing process. They did a great job helping with the insurance claim and worked hard on his behalf, which led to better coverage than expected. The new roof was installed in just one day, and the roofing crew did excellent work from start to finish. The shingles look great, the workmanship is solid, and best of all, there are no more roof leaks. They also made sure the property was cleaned up well after the job was done, which we really appreciated. Overall, we are very happy with the service, professionalism, and quality of the roof replacement. If you need a reliable roofer in Rancho Santa Fe for leak repairs, insurance claim support, or a full new roof installation, this team is highly recommended.

In my experience replacing several roofs on different properties, Mesa Ridge Roofing gave me the best roofing service by far. The planning was detailed and easy to understand, and the recommendations helped me save a lot with my insurance over time by upgrading the shingles. They also suggested better attic ventilation for the hot weather, which I approved, and they fixed an ongoing squirrel issue around the eaves. The crew worked with care, protected the landscaping, and did an excellent cleanup when the roof job was finished. I was also given a video showing the roof damage before work began, which was very helpful. They handled the insurance paperwork with very little needed from me. Overall, it was a smooth, professional roofing experience with no issues.

I have not personally had a roof repair or full roof replacement done by Mesa Ridge Roofing, so I can’t speak from direct homeowner experience about the finished roofing work. What I can say is that the people running the business have …

Mesa Ridge Roofing recently replaced the roof and gutters on my home, and the whole process went as smoothly as I could have hoped. After I started the insurance claim, Cory handled the job details and met with the adjuster to review all the storm damage on the roof and exterior. It was a big relief having someone experienced there to make sure nothing was missed and that every issue was clearly pointed out. On installation day, everything was organized and efficient from start to finish. The dumpster arrived early in the morning with the roofing crew, tear-off started right away, and the new roofing materials were delivered shortly after. The team worked hard all day, stayed on schedule, and completed the roof replacement and gutter work by late afternoon. They also did an excellent cleanup, removing debris, nails, and leftover materials so the property looked neat when they finished. What stood out most was how easy they made the entire roofing and insurance process. From the inspection to the final cleanup, the communication was clear, the workmanship was solid, and the new roof looks great. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roof repair, storm damage restoration, or a full roof replacement.

After heavy rain, I started getting a few leaks through my Spanish tile roof. I spent a good amount of time calling roofers and checking references before I reached out and left a voicemail. Cory called me back very quickly and said he could stop by within about half an hour, even while the rain was still coming down. He arrived when he said he would, walked me through the problem areas, and inspected all the leak points. He was clearly very experienced working on Spanish tile roofing and moved around the roof with confidence and care. He found that the skylight setup was not handling intense rain the way it should, there was built-up debris blocking some of the roof drainage paths, and a few vent areas needed fresh sealing. Cory gave me a fair quote for the roofing repairs and explained that his schedule was busy because a lot of homes were having roof issues after the storm. Even so, he kept me updated and was able to fit me in sooner than expected. The next day, Cory and his crew came out and completed the roof work in just a few hours. Everything has been working well since then, and I have been very happy with the results. The repairs felt thorough, the pricing was reasonable, and the whole process was handled professionally. In a stressful situation, it was a relief to work with an honest roofer who communicated clearly, understood tile roof systems, and focused on the repairs that were actually needed instead of trying to upsell extra work.
