The first three are Google’s own figures for Baynes Roofing, read on 24 September 2026; the share is of every rating Google has counted, not of the review texts on this page. The median is ours — the middle figure among the California roofers we list with enough ratings to compare.

Too few ratings to compare against other roofers — at 7 ratings a single unhappy customer moves this figure by several points.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Baynes Roofing. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.
What reviewers keep mentioning
Topics Google extracted from this business’s reviews, with how many mention each. These are words that appeared in reviews, which is not the same as a service the business sells.

Øn 2/23/24 Vale Rodriguez of Baynes Roofing came to repair the leak around the chimney located on the roof of my 2 story home. Vali was very polite and showed exceptional customer service. He answered all my questions about the leak around the chimney. He finished the repair and all work was done professional. Baynes Roofing should hire more employees like Vale as he reflects great customer service in doing a very good job repairing the leak around the chimney. Please have the CEO (boss) give him a raise or time off with pay. Thanks again Baines Roofing for sending out Vale...........🏆...........😊

Goeff and his guys did a repair on our mission tile roof. Instead of replacing the whole roof, he was very honest and said we only needed to fix a couple of places. He and his team did it quickly and for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend them.

Showed up immediately when we needed a roof tarp, fixed our roof leak completely within 2 days (had to take one whole side of Spanish clay tiles off and on again), and charged reasonable prices. 10 out of 10 would use again.

What Baynes Roofing says about itself
Taken from the business’s own website. We have not checked any of it. These are quotes, not credentials — a roofer writing “licensed and insured” on their homepage is not evidence that they are.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 7 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 7, of which 7 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Baynes Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
