This is not a local company in the North Coastal area as represented. According to Gemini AI this and Bayview Roofing are both owned by a single national leveraged buyout company made to appear as a local company. But the address for these companies are simply mail drops and not full offices. Buyer beware,

We cannot say enough about how professional, friendly, and skilled the roofing team was during our roof replacement. The workmanship on the new roof was outstanding, with strong attention to detail from start to finish. Every crew we worked with did an excellent job and made the whole process easy to understand. We especially appreciated working with Roger, who brought solid project management experience and clearly explained the roofing scope, materials, and estimate during the bid process. Miguel then joined the final estimate and walkthrough, and was extremely helpful. Roger went up on the roof with us so we could compare shingle colors in both bright sun and shaded areas, and Miguel helped us choose the right flashing details to match the roof and protect the home. The installation crew, led by Leonard, was very careful around the house, protected the property well, and kept the jobsite clean each day. When weather caused a scheduling change, they communicated clearly, adjusted the plan smoothly, and made sure the roofing work was completed the right way without cutting corners. The crew worked hard, stayed focused, and showed real pride in their craft. A final roof inspection was completed afterward, and a small gutter concern was handled quickly and professionally. Their pricing was competitive with other roofing bids we received, and the full process—from estimate to installation to final review—felt organized and positive. A new roof is a major investment, and their people, communication, and quality workmanship made the experience a very good one.

Roger did an amazing job on our roof at a very fair price. The work was time sensitive because we were selling our home and the buyer’s inspection found a few roofing issues. Even with recent rain and wind, he was able to fit us into the schedule and get everything handled quickly. He replaced missing shingles, changed out two pipe covers, repaired damaged shingles where nails were pushing up, and installed new end caps on the metal ridge vents. He explained the repairs clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure the roof was in great shape for the sale. We are very happy with the results and would gladly call again for any future roofing work and recommend him to others.

If I could give more stars, I absolutely would. The crew was very professional, and most importantly, they did an excellent job on my roof, skylights, and flashing. Jorge answered every call quickly and kept me updated through the whole roofing process, which made everything much less stressful. I have more home projects coming up soon, and this is the only roofing company I plan to use from now on. My uncle worked as a roofer for many years, and he said the workmanship, materials, and overall roof installation quality were about as good as it gets. After the job was finished, the team carefully checked the yard with magnets, and I have not found a single nail anywhere. Their attention to detail, clean job site, and care with every part of the project really stood out. From the first inspection to the final cleanup, everything went smoothly. Roger was also great to work with, and the pricing was very fair for the level of roofing service and quality they delivered. This was one of the smoothest home repair experiences I have had in Del Mar.

Harbor Haven Roofing used good materials and the roof installation looks solid overall. The crew worked quickly and kept the project moving, and I appreciated how much got done in a short time. A few small details needed some follow-up, like putting landscape stones back in place after the tarps shifted them around the house. They also borrowed my ladder while working, and it came back with a broken latch. I noticed one gutter section above a low-slope roof area now seems pitched the wrong way, and a small canopy roof looked like it pulled away from the house a bit after someone stepped on it. Some damaged wood was replaced, which was helpful, though a few shingle edges looked like they could use better backing and fastening. I also found some nails left in the driveway after cleanup. Even with those minor issues, the roofing work itself appears good, and with a little more attention to detail on finish work and cleanup, the overall experience would be even better.

Harbor Haven Roofing showed up right on time and repaired my leaking roof, damaged gutter, siding, and roof flashing. Roger and the crew were professional, easy to work with, and kept the job site very clean, even leaving the area tidier than when they arrived. During the inspection, they also found another small tear in the flashing that was letting water in and fixed it without adding to the original quote. The whole roofing repair was completed in most of a day, which was a huge relief. Not long after they finished, it started raining in Del Mar, and both my unit and my tenant’s unit stayed completely dry. We had been dealing with leaks before, so it was great to see the roof system, gutter work, and exterior repairs all handled the right way. I really appreciated the honest service, solid workmanship, and attention to detail, and I would gladly hire them again.

miguel and his crew did an excellent job repairing my roof, gutters, and siding in Del Mar. i absolutely love pulling up to my updated home and seeing the clean roofing work and sharp curb appeal. miguel offered fair pricing, solid craftsmanship, and very good material quality. we never had any problems with the crew, and the whole process felt smooth and professional. my family has also hired them for roof repairs and gutter work, and they were very happy with the results too. the only minor delays came from normal weather conditions, which was understandable, and the team kept us informed the whole time. they worked carefully around my dog and kids while on site, kept the area safe, and showed real respect for our home. i would gladly use them again for future roofing and exterior updates and would highly recommend them to anyone needing dependable roofer services.

Theodore came out the next day after we called for a roof inspection before selling our home in Del Mar. He was quick, professional, and very easy to work with, so we also had the team handle chimney masonry and related roofing repairs. The chimney looks like new now, and the whole roof and flashing area feels much more secure. Our buyers were very pleased with the finished work too. Theodore kept us updated through every step of the process, answered our questions clearly, and made what could have been a stressful roofing project feel simple and smooth. We really appreciate the quality workmanship, prompt service, and attention to detail, and we would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof or chimney work.

they made our roof repair and chimney cap work feel simple from start to finish. they did not push extra roofing work we did not need and were very respectful of our budget, which really stood out compared with other roofing contractors we contacted. i also appreciated that they sent photos of the crew before the estimate and before the service visit. that thoughtful step made me feel comfortable and secure when i was home alone. theodore and miguel handled everything in just a couple of hours, worked efficiently, and kept the job site neat. they clearly explained the roof repairs they completed, showed us before-and-after pictures, and answered our questions in a simple way. it was easy to see they knew their roofing work and cared about doing the job right. we would absolutely use them again for any future roof or chimney-related needs in del mar.

When you judge a roofing company, what matters most is how they stand behind their workmanship. A few months ago, they replaced our roof, and the whole process went very smoothly. The price was fair, the crew showed up on time, and they finished the roofing job fast without cutting corners. They did not add surprise fees or extra costs, which i really appreciated. The shingle color approved by our HOA was not in stock through the nearby supplier, but they handled the special order without any hassle and without charging more. That made the project much easier for us. After the new roof was installed, we noticed what looked like a leak. Even though it ended up being an older construction issue and not a roofing problem, jorge came out within a couple of hours to inspect everything. They carefully checked the shingles, flashing, and other roof areas, and they stayed helpful while the real cause was being figured out. That kind of follow-up service says a lot. The team was polite, patient, and easy to work with from start to finish. In Del Mar, where sunny weather and heat can put wear on roofing materials over time, it was great to work with a company that was responsive and professional. i would gladly recommend them to friends or neighbors needing roof replacement or roof repair.

We highly recommend this roofing team. Miguel and his crew did an excellent job, and we are very happy with our new roof. The color looks great and fits the style of our home really well. From the first inspection, Miguel was professional, knowledgeable, and very detail oriented. He clearly walked us through the full roof replacement process, explained the roofing materials, and helped us understand the best options for our home and budget. Even when there was a delay with shingle delivery, he worked hard to find another source so the roofing project could still begin on schedule. The whole crew was polite, friendly, skilled, and always willing to answer our questions. They arrived on time each day, got right to work, and stayed focused through the warm weather to keep the job moving. When the roof installation was finished, the property was spotless. They removed all debris, cleaned the driveway and yard, and left everything looking better than expected. The workmanship looks high quality, the new shingles and flashing were installed with care, and the finished roof has really improved the appearance of our home. We have already received compliments from neighbors, and we would absolutely recommend this roofer to anyone looking for great value, strong communication, and quality roofing work.

Miguel was extremely proactive and quick to respond whenever I had a question. When we scheduled our roof work, he promised to give the best price compared to other estimates, and he definitely delivered. Miguel and the roofing team were very flexible with our changing schedule and actually finished the job faster than I expected. They took extra care to add flashing and silicone in all the areas where water tends to collect, making sure my roof is well protected. The team also came up with smart solutions for tricky spots, showing real creativity and attention to detail. Every time I brought up a concern, they addressed it within the hour, which is rare to find in any service company! If you need roofing work in Del Mar, I highly recommend this company. Their outstanding service and dedication will leave you more than satisfied!

The team did an outstanding job replacing my entire roof here in Del Mar. From the very first meeting, Theodore was professional and always quick to respond, guiding me through the consultation and insurance claim process all the way to the end of the project. He made sure the cost stayed exactly as he estimated and upgraded my old 3-tab roof to a new, modern architectural shingle roof that meets current building codes. The whole process went smoothly and my roof was completely replaced just a few days after I signed the contract. Roger and the crew worked efficiently, removing the old roof and installing the new one in just a single day. The new roof looks sharp and you can see the crew paid close attention to every detail, like using color-matched flashing and adding rainwater deflectors to help with those occasional California rains. Even though roof replacements can be messy, the team cleaned up thoroughly and left my yard spotless. I highly recommend this company to anyone in Del Mar looking for a new roof or siding work.
