Jack and Precision Roofing were amazing! First, they were patient during our complicated HOA approval process for the new roof. Then, a whole series of rain storms delayed our schedule, but Jack communicated each adjustment quickly and …

From obtaining a bid, to settling contract language to the actual reroofing, this project has been both successful and user friendly. Jack the project manager has been responsive and very timely on questions and concerns. The actual work teams were courteous, hardworking, skilled and very knowledgeable. They cleaned the job site everyday and were very courteous. I would recommend you use Precision for your roofing work without any reservations. My original referral for them was from my neighbor who is an architect and used them on one of her properties. She too was extremely satisfied with their work and highly recommended them to me.

Precision Roofing was super responsive, both in pricing out our project, and getting the work scheduled. And they were accommodating when our schedule changed. They made a very good first impression with us, and we look forward to working with them again.

Communication was excellent and Jack, the Project Manager was professional, responsive and detailed. The damage was more extensive than originally thought, but the invoice match the estimate and we are very pleased with the superior quality and value of the work Precision Roofing team provided.

I can't say more great things about this company, and I am so happy I found them! If you're looking for a company that is willing to help their customers and get the job done, use precision roofing! We had a small repair that needed to be taken care of on our roof ( new vent needed to be sealed) , no other roofing company would help us or would even consider doing the job without us paying a crazy high minimum. Jack came out same day to look at our roof and scheduled the repair for the following day. Gus came out on time, worked efficiently and got the job done. This team is super professional and I can't recommend them enough. So happy I found them and will for sure be using them for future jobs.
