Medina Pro Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Medina Pro Roofing.

They created such a mess. Had little to no regard of personal property. They threw stuff off the roof and hit cars… garage doors did damage to surrounding items. Made copious amounts of noise and had no regard for inhabitants. Workers were rude and did not care. I would never recommend them as a company.

Hi Hunter, thank you for sharing your feedback. To clarify, Medina Pro Roofing was contracted by your HOA to perform roofing work at the Burbank complex. We understand you are a tenant and not the direct client. The HOA notified residents in advance, and our crews began at 9 AM as scheduled. We take concerns about noise, safety, and respect for property very seriously and are addressing this with our team and the HOA to reinforce communication and safety measures. Please note that we have successfully completed work on over 25 buildings within your complex without receiving similar complaints. In addition, our supplier has recently been the subject of unfounded attacks, and we want to reassure you that these claims have no merit. We truly appreciate your patience during this large-scale project and encourage you to reach out to your HOA with any immediate concerns so we can address them promptly together. — Medina Pro Roofing

My wife and I are extremely happy and satisfied with the work Medina’s Pro Roofing did for us. Not only are they very affordable But the quality of materials and work speak for themselves. In the past We had “MANY” quotes to replaced our roof and they were all over $16k to 30k. We are very pleased to have saved a lot of money with this great company. They replaced our roof in 2 1/2 days , leaving us with a very beautiful roof and our place very clean. Thank you to Medina’s Pro roofing and his hard working crew.

I'm a middle income, mostly retired, single family homeowner and a roof replacement is a major expense for me. I got 3 estimates and Medina Pro came in right down the middle. After meeting the company owner Miguel and his project manager Julia, I had a sense they were the real deal. They didn't let me down.

Overall I had a great experience with Medina Pro Roofing company. During the estimate phase Miguel took the time to walk my existing roof, asked about our preferences, explained our options, provided recommendations and provided a quick turn around on the quote. It took some time for my wife and I to finally greenlight the project. The following months after receiving the quote Miguel was responsive with any questions we had. He replied timely and wasn't pushy; which we liked. When it came time to sign up they were very transparent and once again responsive. When it came time to install the roof Miguel's team showed up on agreed dates and was professional. I was really impressed with how they took the time to clean after each shift. The final product looks clean and well installed. The Grand Sequoia shingles recommended really improved my house's curb appeal. In short, Medina Pro Roofing was responsive, transparent and provided a quality product.
