The first three are Google’s own figures for Mdz Roofing, read on 24 September 2026; the share is of every rating Google has counted, not of the review texts on this page. The median is ours — the middle figure among the Texas roofers we list with enough ratings to compare.

Too few ratings to compare against other roofers — at 7 ratings a single unhappy customer moves this figure by several points.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Mdz Roofing. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.
Other reviews we hold
4 more of the 4 reviews we hold text for, most recent first. We do not hold every review Google has.

Awesome experience. The large crew did a beautiful job both with the installation and cleanup. Noone knows what damage will be found under the shingles, but they were conservative with the added sheets of plywood, allowing the extra cost to be minimal. Very experienced owner and crew allowed them to complete 4717 square feet of shingles in a single day. They started at 7am and were complete by 5pm! Highly recommended!

As an insurance agent, I have to make sure that Policies are written with accuracy. MDZ roofing worked quickly to give my documents I needed for a client, for a closing of a Home. Fantastic work by a Great Company. They get it done, period.

Thank you so much for the positive review, Marisa. Means a lot to us!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 7 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 7, of which 4 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Mdz Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
