I have a roof with a warranty from MDD Exteriors. Within warranty, I have a leak in 2 places in my roof. I can not get them to answer the phone or call me back. I have left about 10 messages with them. No response. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend.

I called MMD Exteriors & Remodeling when storms damaged the roof of our home in 2023. Daniel did a great job consulting us and helping us manage through the claim and inspection process with our insurance company. Lance helped us pick out the materials and managed the project after we got the green light from the insurance company, his crew took care of the roof in under 2 days! Gutters and downspouts were installed a few days later. This was overall a quick and pleasant experience, and I would strongly recommend MDD for anyone with any construction and remodeling needs.

Had MDD replace our roof on our split level in Plainfield and My wife and I are extremely satisfied. Communication was good, the price was good, especially compared to some other quotes we got. They got the job done in a timely manner and they left absolutely zero trace that they were there when they were done. There was no garbage, roofing shingles, trash from the crew, absolutely nothing. Hopefully the roof holds up but if I ever need siding or any other projects that they perform, they will definitely be my first call. Highly recommended

MDD Exteriors has worked on our house in Minooka, Illinois, on multiple occasions, installing the roof, as well as providing maintenance. Quality workmanship, easy to work with, and affordable. I highly recommend them to anyone.
