I was going to get my roof done by Mcnaney, but after speaking with the lady that coordinates the roof i definitely opted to look for a better company. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service from someone that is not only suppose to be selling you on their service but also arrange and give details regarding said service. She was beyond rude, unprofessional and was bashing her “husband” whom I met with and also made me feel severely uncomfortable by asking me how I could be so young and afford the house I live in. Then proceeded to drop a quote off that didn’t contain an HST number but was charging HST as well as the fact that he was going to reuse the same plastic vents that were damaged. If you want to be scammed and treated like a lower class citizen then McNaney is the roofing company for you.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 4 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 4, of which 2 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on McNaney Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
